Inside, you’ll find a sparkling interior with designer furnishings and upscale finishes. This family-friendly vacation rental has a single-level layout, meaning everyone has easy access to all home amenities. Extra perks include complimentary internet, a private washer/dryer, and central AC.

Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. Or head out back to fire up the gas grill - perfect for a water-view cookout. The family dogs are welcome too!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Relaxing Stay On Dauphin

We had a fantastic stay at this Dauphin Island VRBO! The home was spotless, modern, and incredibly well-stocked with towels, toiletries, and everything we needed in the kitchen. It was spacious enough for our family of five—so much so that we didn’t even use one of the king bedrooms. The location couldn’t have been better—right across the street from beach access. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’re already planning to return next year!

Beautiful Sunsets!!

We were on Dauphin Island to attend a wedding on the beach - Beautiful!! We do love the slow pace of Dauphin Island (our first time here) and if you are needing a relaxing vacation, this is the place to go!! The house is in a convenient location and access to the beach is very easy. We loved our stay and enjoyed the Gulf & Bay views. Beautiful Sunsets!!

Clean and crisp

Everything you need and nothing you don't in this bright, clean, fresh home. Walk to the beach was quick and easy for our 3-year old. Love the east/west split of the floorplan as it pertains to the bedrooms/baths: great for sharing the property with another family on the trip.

We come to Dauphin Island every year and have stayed in a lot of different houses. This one was extremely clean. It was just enough room for our family! Perfect walk to the beach. And beautiful views looking out both ways. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful!

Loved the floor plan of the house! Two bedrooms and bath on each side. Views were perfect! Beach access was only two houses down (it was being worked on the week we stayed so it made it a little harder to get there but that should be finished) Would definitely recommend. I texted with a couple questions and received quick responses!

Place was clean and orderly. Beach was a short walk away. Every bedroom has a good sized tv with dish network and smart tech. Only issue was the internet went down but was due to an area outage. Overall was a great stay!

Just as described

The house was great with plenty of room. Well stocked with amenities. There are no indoor rugs so we did put towels down at the door to keep from tracking sand inside. Also, there is no water spigot under the house to wash off with.

Perfect Beach House!!

We loved this house so much. It was perfect for our large family. Easy walk to the beach. Sandtastic had all the essentials we needed. We would 100% stay here again. My only complaint is the internet. It's terrible and caused us to miss out on late check out, not the end of the world, we would still stay again and I would be more diligent in checking for a confirmation.

We loved everything about this house. The location was perfect. Easy access to beach, walk or truck if you have a lot of things to carry like we did. The house layout was perfect & enough room for our family. But the water pressure could have been better, suggest an outdoor shower area to rinse off better from beach, & a blow dryer. Our stay at Sandtastic

We enjoyed our time and the house was very nice. It was only about a hundred yards from the beach. My only suggestions would be: providing extra blankets in in every bedroom; having waste baskets in the bathrooms at least and a few more hand towels. There were only 3 in the whole house; The sofa was a little lumpy. I would return again and rent this home.

Beautiful home! So relaxing!

We decided to take a last minute trip for my daughter's 13th birthday weekend. I brought my best friend, my college aged daughter and neice and 4 other 13 year old girls. The house was perfect with 2 bedrooms on each side of the house so the younger girls had one side and the older girls had our side. The beach and weather couldn't have been better. The beach access across the street was perfect to walk back and forth. The area is so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here and we will again soon with the whole family.

Fun but not very responsive

Great location and clean. However, there were only 3 towels left for 7 guests. One of the tv’s in the bedroom didn’t work either. A closet was accidentally locked during our stay, the property manager showed up, had no key that worked and said they would be back and never came. I called several times to try to retrieve my belongings and haven’t had any luck. Our family had fun despite of all of this, we just wish things could have been made more convenient for us since resources are scarce on the island.
