An Ideal Setting for a Dream Vacation:

Built on a fully fenced 700 m² plot, this beautiful detached villa is located in a quiet residential area of Bompas.

Enjoy a private pool from June 15 to September 15 (optional heating: €250/week) — perfect for relaxing under the southern French sun.

Pool use is also possible outside the summer season (April-May and September-October) for an additional fee.

You’ll be less than 10 minutes from beautiful white sand beaches and only 20 minutes by car from Spain.
Bompas, a charming town northeast of Perpignan, offers a privileged setting between sea and mountains, away from noise and crowds, yet close to tourist areas.

Comfort and Amenities of the Villa:

This spacious, bright home is designed with your well-being in mind.

Four Air-Conditioned Bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm).
- Two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 200 cm) and mezzanines each equipped with a double bed (access via ladder/stairs, height 1.4m).
- One bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm).
- A TV lounge/extra bedroom with a large custom-made L-shaped bench that can accommodate two additional sleepers.

Living Spaces:

A magnificent, light-filled living area of over 40 m² with large openings onto the pool.
The open-plan kitchen, separated by a bar, leads into a welcoming dining area with a wood-burning stove and a cozy lounge with sofas.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Large American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop, extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils.

Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms are available. The first features a shower cabin, toilet, and sink. The second has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

Private and Friendly Outdoor Spaces:

Covered Terrace:
Enjoy outdoor meals on the covered, fully furnished terrace (during high season), including a dining table for 10 people and a lounge area. The summer kitchen includes a large barbecue and a sink, all overlooking the 9 x 4-meter pool.

Fenced and Landscaped Garden:
The beautifully planted garden ensures your privacy and is fully fenced for your children's safety. Swings are available for their enjoyment.

A playground is located just 200 meters from the house.

Optimal Sunlight:
Benefit from ideal exposure and beautiful light throughout the day, sheltered from the wind.

Parking:
Several parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

Rental Conditions:
* Reserved exclusively for families with children or retirees.
* We do not accept groups of young adults.
* In summer, weekly rentals only, from Saturday to Saturday.
* Outside the summer season, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
* Events (baptisms, weddings, birthdays, etc.) are not allowed.
