Villa Olivier with private pool - 15 min. from the beach

Beautiful villa completely renovated to new in 2017 with materials and appliances of excellent standing. Can accommodate up to 10 people, the house offers a beautiful common living space with large new kitchen, dining-room fully open to the pool area, living room with majestic fireplace and TV, 4 bedrooms, two with bathroom -de-private bath and one with mezzanine with double bed.
The pool is open from 15 june to 15 september. Heating coast is 250€ per week. Sauna is additional fee 30€/entrance for 5 peoples.

Regulation of the house:

- House reserved ONLY for families
- House is not suitable for youth groups
- Residential and calm environment
- Respect of the neighborhood 24/24
- Parties and noisy parties strictly forbidden
- Strong music during the forbidden day outside the house
- Check in from 16:00
- Check out by 10:00
- Only people who have been mentioned in the reservation have access to the house. No other extra guests can stay there without notifying the owners in advance.
- If the number of people announced during the reservation, is not respected and that the owners were not warned, they have the right to cancel the stay or to request a fixed price to the person who has not not announced from EUR 150 a week. This sum will have to be given cash to the owners.
- The same day visits must be announced and accepted by the owners when booking the accommodation.
- Access to the technician without warning between 9:00 and 21:00 every day for the maintenance of the garden and the pool to ensure the quality of the service
- At the exit of the house, bed sheets must be removed and towels and deposited in the laundry bins
- The barbecue and the oven are made clean
- The pool is clean as on your arrival
- Garbage cans must be in garbage bags and placed in containers outside the house.

Todo muy bien en general, la verdad es que estuvimos muy bien y la casa tenía todo lo que necesitábamos (éramos 2 familias, 8 personas en total). Lo único preocupante era que no nos avisaron del problema de agua que tenían en la cocina…esa parte de la casa tiene filtraciones de agua. Cuando pisabas el suelo salía agua entre las juntas. También había un trozo del borde de la piscina que estaba en reparación (algo peligroso si tienes niños)

Wundervoller Urlaub mit tollen Gastgebern

Unser Urlaub in Frankreich war einfach fantastisch! Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön und bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber, die unglaublich herzlich und bemüht waren, uns den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie haben wirklich alles gegeben, um unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig überprüft, was uns ein sicheres und sauberes Gefühl gab. Ein absolutes Highlight war der nahegelegene Sportpark, der nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt war. Hier gibt es auch einen kleinen, aber schönen Spielplatz sowie einen Streichelzoo, der besonders bei den Kindern gut ankam. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war lediglich die Entfernung zum Strand, der etwa 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt liegt. Trotzdem war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!!!

Photos non représentatives de l état de la location. Les photos doivent dater de quelques années. Pas d état des lieux documenté à l arrivée. Ni à la sortie… Climatisation en panne dans une chambre durant la moitié du séjour. Intervention sans prévenir de personnes entretenant la piscine tous les 2 jours. Pas de clé qui ferme le portail. Surcoût de réparation facturé injustement ultérieurement et retiré du compte sans accord préalable. . Je loue via ce site depuis plusieurs dizaines d années. Ne pas louer. Très déçu!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Zimmer waren hell und ruhig, die Kuchen ebenfalls und alles hat funktioniert. Der Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einiges Manko, der Strand war nur mit dem Auto in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Leider habe ich meine Jogging-Mütze auf der Terrasse oben vergessen, vielleicht wurde sie gefunden ? Wenn es von der Personenzahl passt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Superbe maison mais voiture indispensable,la plage est à 11mn en voiture et non 5 mn Rien a dire sur la maison et l équipement juste petit bémol le portail (la porte qui ferme mal )on a pas de clés pour fermer…un soir la porte était ouverte heureusement que le chien ne sait pas enfuit

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren mit zwei Familien und insgesamt 5 Kindern zwei Wochen in der Villa Olivier und haben jede Sekunde genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig gegenüber eines Parks. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Strände sind in ca 15 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt. Der Pool ist super und die Kinder haben ihn von morgens bis abends voll ausgekostet. Das Haus ist sauber, modern und geräumig. Die Kommunikation mit Maria war einwandfrei. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super séjour!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison agréable et décoré avec classe. Elle est fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour en famille. La piscine est grande et nous en avons bien profité. Seul petit désagrément sur notre voiture le dernier jour, mais malgré ça nous reviendrons certainement et conseillons cette résidence à tous!!! 10/10 est la note que nous donnons à notre séjour dans cette superbe maison.

Qualité ok mais sans plus. Pas aussi bien que ne le dit l’annonce : manque d’équipement pour 7 personnes ou plus (vaisselle, chaises), maison mitoyenne , finitions moyennes notamment à l’étage

Mooie, nette woning. Voor ons als koppel goe in orde op een paar opmerkingen na.

Mooi, netjes. Enkele minpuntjes waar aan gewerkt kan worden. 1. Laat op de websites vermelden dat je moet bijbetalen, voor verwarmd zwembad. 2. Rolstoelvriendelijk vind ik niet ok, wij hebben hier ervaring mee en ik zou mijn ma, en broer niet kunnen meebrengen.. 3. Een beetje materiaal meer in de keuken voor microgolf om te koken zou welkom zijn. Voor de rest hebben wij zelf een heel mooie vakantie,gehad. Zeker aan te raden voor gezinnen maar ook voor koppels.
