We carried out, in 2024, this construction constituting a small condominium of 4 apartments where we did everything to find the spirit of the "Hardelotoise" Villas of the Great Era.
The charm of the old days, the comfort of today.
The building meets all the latest standards both from an acoustic and thermal point of view.

You will appreciate the two large bay windows overlooking the outside and your large terrace extended by a private dune where children will find a playground, adults a relaxation area or, simply, for a game of pétanque.

Ideally located you are 10 minutes walk from the beach, the nautical center, the center of the resort for your shopping, strolling, going to the restaurant on foot or simply for a walk by the sea. Everything is easily accessible

Enter your holiday accommodation through a wide corridor giving access to the living room with a dining area, a large living room with a sofa bed for two people, an open kitchen, a technical room but also a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sinks (adapted for people with reduced mobility), very practical when returning from the beach.
A pellet stove is at your disposal to enjoy an evening by the fire in complete safety. The accommodation has a surface area of approximately 100 m2.

You go upstairs which has a "bunk bed" in a dedicated alcove for two people, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a separate toilet, a private bathroom with shower and sink, a master suite with its own bathroom with "Design" resin bathtub and a sink. For parents or grandparents, this allows you to have your own space.

The construction is very recent, carried out in 2024.
On one or two floors, all are equipped with at least two separate toilets, one upstairs, the other on the first floor. Two bathrooms with shower and sink or bath and sink. Some even have a third bathroom on the first floor adapted for people with reduced mobility. Ideal for setting back from the beach.

The first floor consists of a large living room with its open kitchen and living room. A TV is available, Internet is also free.

Large bay windows allow you to access the terrace overlooking a wild dune. Some furniture is provided for the terrace as well as a table that you can set up for dinner or lunch. A parasol is available, a standard barbecue for a small barbecue.

The accommodations are perfectly insulated from the neighbourhood, both soundproofly and thermally.
