The holiday home VILLA GABRIELLA is located in an upscale residential area on Capo Berta, with stunning views of the Gulf of Diano Marina. Diano Marina with shopping and sandy beach 2 km. Supermarket 2.5 km. Imperia with many shops 4.5 km. Electric entrance gate, own access road. 3 parking spaces on the property.
Approximately 4000 square meters, bordered by fence and wall, terraced garden plot with lush plantings. Pool (8 x 4 m, 1.50 to 2 m deep, 01. 05.-30. 09., depending on the weather). Tiled pool area with 2 sun loungers, 2 sun loungers and 2 parasols. Outdoor shower. Large panoramic terrace with awning, garden furniture and 2 sun loungers. Barbecue. A gardener takes care of the property maintenance twice a week, the administrator comes to the pool maintenance weekly.

The cottage is wheelchair accessible with bed lift, ramps and wheelchair accessible shower / WC. Good and friendly decor. Tile floors. Satellite TV (German channels). Internet access (WLAN, inclusive). Stereo system. Washing machine. Iron / ironing board. Oil central heating.

Haus mit riesiger Terrasse und toller Aussicht

Das Haus liegt am Hang und hat dadurch eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Diano Marina. Auch abends ist der Ausblick auf die beleuchtete Bucht daher beeindruckend. Der Pool ist groß und es gibt ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Auch die Terrasse, von der man den Ausblick hat, ist gut möbliert. Schirme und Sonnenrollo sind vorhanden. Das Haus selbst ist innen zwar sauber, aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung (insbesondere die Küche und der Sanitärbereich) gebrauchen. Für alle, die lieber duschen als baden: Die Dusche ist sehr eng und klein und stellt für größere Personen eine Herausforderung dar. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Badewanne und eines mit kleiner Dusche. Die Zimmer waren aber sauber und die Betten gut. Der außergewöhnlich schöne Außenbereich lässt die kleinen Einschränkungen im Gesamteindruck zurücktreten.

Traumhafte Lage über der Bucht von Diano Marina

Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Hang über Diano Marina und hat einen großen Garten sowie eine Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht und Cervo. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Einrichtung vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür bietet es einen seltenen Luxus: Geschirr, Besteck und Küchenutensilien in unglaublicher Menge und Vielfalt. Ausserdem sind wir vor Ort bemerkenswert gut von Frau H. betreut worden, die uns nicht nur bei TV- und WLAN-Problemen eine große Hilfe war, vielen Dank nochmals an sie. Insgesamt hat es uns so gut gefallen, daß wir uns gut vorstellen können, das Haus nochmals zu buchen.
