The dining room and American-style kitchen are open onto this central space, creating a convivial area overlooking the small outside garden, perfect for your meals or reading breaks.

The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook as if you were at home: vitroceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils. You will prepare your picnics for the beach or your dinners to enjoy on the terrace.

On the sleeping side, the house offers 2 comfortable bedrooms: one equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200), the other with 2 single beds (90x190), perfect for children or friends. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer is at your disposal, as well as a separate WC for added comfort.
