Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich perfekt. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein ganz schöner Ort mit Markt und tollem Strand. Von den Fahrrädern sind nur 2 brauchbar, wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat und nur zum Strand fährt. (3 weitere Fahrräder sind unbrauchbar.)Auch die Raumaufteilung ist in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war in Ordnung, aber wirklich sauber war es nicht.Die Bäder waren sehr in Ordnung und auch die Toiletten haben sehr gut funktioniert.(WICHTIG bei 8 Personen) Der Aussenbereich war einfach gesagt schmutzig und wir haben den gefliesten Terrassenbereich samt Plancha mal für 1 Stunde gereinigt, der Boden war klebrig und für ein Haus das pro Woche fast 4000,— kostet, finde ich das nicht in Ordnung. Das Waschbecken bei der Plancha ist unbenutzbar, weil es nicht dicht ist, und das Wasser durchplätschert. Der Pool war toll und wurde auch ausgiebig genutzt. Das Haus wäre schon ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig und ein Sonnenschirm für den Aussenbereich wäre wünschenswert. Mein Fazit: Die Reinigungscrew sollte besser arbeiten. Mülleimer sollten leer sein! Reparaturen sollten erledigt werden. Aber die Insel ist ein Traum! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und auch Pascal ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber.

super endroit

super villa avec piscine bien chauffée, espace extérieur bien décoré, pas de vis a vis.4 chambre et 3 salle de bain très bien, cuisine un peu étroite mais facile d'utilisation, manque des casseroles pour 8 personnes.Situation de la villa est super, grand parking à proximité,commerces à proximités avec un marché journalier, la plage pas trop loin et piste cyclable facile d'accès..Nous avons passé vraiment de belle vacance.

Friends’ Annual Holiday

We loved the homely feel of this property. Everything we needed was provided in the house and the outside area was well equipped and private. The property is central to the village and was very convenient for the wonderful market, shops, restaurants, beach and bike hire . The bikes provided were not fit for purpose but bike hire was easily obtained and not expensive. A bike ride around the Island on the numerous bike trails is highly recommend . Benoit the agent was very helpful as was Pascal the owner who promptly arranged a gas delivery when we ran out of gas for the bbq. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great

Good location . Wonderful pool . Villa well equipped - a little scruffy and more saucepans needed. It was very hot at night . When we asked for sheets instead of the warm duvets the owner supplied them the same day On our arrival two loo seats were broken and a shower was blocked but the owner came immediately . Two loos were a bit smelly. Overall we very much enjoyed our holiday

Better than the photos!

We had a wonderful time. This is a great property in a wonderful location. It feels like a happy home, comfortable, maybe a bit worn around the edges, but a place we wanted to linger in. There were some of the quirks and peccadillos we all live with. The kitchen is cramped for a large family with kids. My real gripe is the barbecue which is far too small for the number of people the villa caters for. That said, everything else surpassed our expectations - the photos do not do justice to the place! Very quick responses from the owner who was friendly and unobtrusive. We are a very happy family thanks to our stay!

Lovely villa in an excellent location

We had great couple of weeks in this beautiful villa in the perfect location near the centre ville and the market with a short walk to the beach. Will come back for sure!

VRBO's single photo of pool courtyard gave too little idea about size, style privacy. of house I needed reassurance of more information before booking.

A piece of heaven

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful villa. It exceeded all our expectations. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated, with a fantastic pool and a wonderful location in the middle of a lovely village. My whole family (3 kids) enjoyed every minute and our only problem was the trip was too short. Our host could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Fab house and location

The house is in a perfect location - very close to the vibrant market and beach, yet still very private. It is a great central location for exploring the rest of the island. It is a real family home, very comfortable and has everything you could need. We would love to go back again.

Séjour très agréable dans une belle maison malheureusement trop sale à notre arrivée

Nous avons finalement passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très bien située et bien équipée. La piscine et l’espace extérieur étaient fabuleux ainsi que la localisation vraiment parfaite. Malheureusement, à notre arrivée la maison n’avait manifestement pas subit un nettoyage de printemps. Beaucoup de poussières subsistaient partout, dans les armoires, sur et sous les meubles et vaisselle. La literie n’était pas fraîche et ne sentait pas bon malgré des draps propres. Le lave-vaisselle n’avait pas été lancé, un filtre à café sale subsistait dans la machine à café, la poubelle n’était pas propre et les tiroirs de la cuisine non plus. Pour terminer, il est dommage que le salon d’extérieur n’était également pas propre et donc pas utilisable. Bref après un bon nettoyage, nous avons bien profité de la maison. Je note tout de même qu’il est dommage qu’à part des excuses du propriétaire, il n’ait rien fait pour répondre à ce problème alors qu’il était au courant après moins de 24h. A ce prix, ce n’est pas normal.

Belle semaine

Une semaine très agréable. La maison est très bien située, a calme et proche marché, commerce, la Martinère pour de bonnes glaces et gauffres :-). Une semaine de Toussaint très agréable avec le soleil en bonus ! Dommage juste que la piscine soit en mode hivers à cette période, elle prend un peu toute la place dans le jardin donc pas possible d'y faire jouer les enfants. Mais sinon tout était parfait. Merci !

This was a superb property with everything that we needed. It's in a perfect spot for exploring the island and being right in the heart of Bois was a bonus too. Couldn't fault the place. It was perfect.

Idéal pour des vacances familiales ou entre amis

La location est parfaitement conforme à la description. Nous nous y sommes vite sentis comme à la maison. La literie est excellente, la cuisine est très bien équipée, la piscine très bien entretenue et du matériel de loisir tels que les vélos sont gracieusement mis à disposition. L'emplacement est excellent à la fois à deux pas des commerces et pas loin des plages et pourtant très calme. L'arrivée a été facilitée par Axéo service et le propriétaire nous a gentillement envoyé un sms en début de séjour pour s'assurer que tout allait bien. Nous avons largement apprécié cette adresse et nous la recommandons fortement.

Maison pleine de charme, chaleureuse.

j'ai adoré cette propriété tout de suite en entrant.Tout est réuni à l'intérieur, comme à l'extérieur, pour se sentir bien. Un très joli parc, une très belle piscine contemporaine, et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le plus, une literie cocooning. Un très beau marché tous les matins, à 2 mns à pied, plage à 500m à pied.Un propriétaire réactif, et enfin Benoit le gardien, adorable.
