Long weekend trip

We had a great time and the location was perfect. We had a few little problems but I messaged the staff and it was taken care of immediately. I would definitely stay there again.

Condo recommended - great experience!

The condo was newly updated, fully stocked, room was exactly like the pics, clean, great location, private beach. Highly recommend it and we would definitely stay again.

Very nice location....only down thing would be it advertises smart tv's but there weren't any remotes. I reached out and was brought 1 for 3 tv's.

Very comfortable

My wife, two young boys and I stayed here for a few nights and had a great time. Lots of countertop space in the kitchen, and the couches/chairs are comfortable. It’s situated so the balcony is adjacent to the pool, but it did not cause much of a disturbance. They only offer the one kitchen garbage bag, and will not provide any additional ones, so recommend bringing a couple if you intend on staying more than a night or two.

Best Destin Vacation

This property is 1st class. I would buy this condo today. Everything was excellant except the beach gate. Needs a new key pad. Had to climb over several times. Getting a little too old for that. But I have already told friends and family that 203 Gulf Shores is the happening place!!!

Absolutely disgusting!

Filthy! Once we arrived we found box fans (3) propped up in all main rooms. Portable A/C in the kitchen window and bedroom window. Bedroom (bunk room) and kitchen window had cardboard over the window and duck tape. Anyone could have opened that window or put something in the open tube sticking out. Windows were not locked. Super dangerous! I never once received a email, text or call saying the unit wasn’t working properly. Shelf in kitchen had a needle laying on it, crumbs on fridge shelf, Doritos under coffee table, dirty toilets, dryer drawer has to be drained after each load, debris on balcony, kids banging on our door at all hours of the night. Poor management! Also the main entrance gate has been broke all week. So that piece of mind for security is also lost. Called management several times for a refund so we could find another place to stay but was denied. Very disappointed as the reviews were excellent. Would never recommend this unit to anyone ever!!! Buyer beware!!!!

Upon reviewing your reservation, I see that you contacted our 24/7 Guest Services Team to report that there were box fans and a pipe going through a wall in the unit. It looks like you were referring to a portable AC unit that was left in the unit to help cool down the property quickly for the previous guests. I see our Property Management Team was able to address this quickly for you and remove all fans and portable units at your request. I also see that our cleaners were able to get to the property within a few hours of your reported cleanliness issues. I am happy they were able to get the property back up to our Southern Standards for you to enjoy the remainder of your stay with us. We deeply regret any inconvenience this situation caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve it.
