Stayed here to have plenty of space to stay while in town for a wedding.

Wonderful large home with plenty of space for families with lots of seating in main areas. Host was very attentive and accommodating thank you!

Family get away.

Our get away was so nice weather was perfect and surprisingly warm for this time of year. Very helpful with finding out trick or treat information for the girls to go to and we basically went to the access beach every morning for the sunrise it was so peaceful. Much very enjoyed. Would love to come back and stay again.

Beautiful Home in our Favorite part of the world

Absolutely loved the accommodations and location. My friend and I all both have childhood ties to this area and this home was perfect for us to get together for the weekend. Wonderful hosts were attentive and streamlined. No issues at all!!

Great place to getaway

Our stay was in October, outside of the peak beach season, but we were visiting from the west coast to visit my son at school & the explore New England coastline. The home fit our family’s needs perfectly & served as a very convenient home base to visit Boston, Salem, Portsmouth, & Portland, ME. Can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the beach! 🙂

Perfect Weekend Stay

We had a quick, but nice stay over a weekend while visiting some friends in Newburyport. The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We visited during the offseason, so it wasn't beach weather, but the location looks like it would be great! We felt welcome as soon as we arrived and our hosts were easy to contact. Thank you!

Great Weekend Stay

Just as Described! Fantastic beach house at a reasonable price. Everything you need for a short or long vacation is here. Plenty of clean dishes, pots, pans, utensils for cooking; Comfortable furniture and living quarters; beach chairs and toys for the kids. The hosts were great and available for any questions. We will stay here again!

Not for old travelers

Nice place but too many stairs required to get from living area to bathrooms. Beach access not really convenient either. Host was very communicative and helpful. Thanks Megan. Enjoyed restaurants close by.

Fun in the Sun

Meghan and Gavin’s home is amazing ! You have everything you need and more. Their place is beautifully decorated, adding a spark of sunshine to every room! The furniture and beds are super comfy. We especially loved walking the clean and beautiful Salisbury beach. We had such a great time! Can’t wait to return next summer!

Made our wedding day memorable!

We stayed here for my wedding weekend and used the space to get ready for the day and to take photos. The house itself was spacious and very clean and the view of the marsh and cleanliness of the grounds made our photos look amazing. The hosts responded quickly to all of my questions. Clean, spacious and comfortable

We spent 3 lovely nights at Meghan’s property. It was super clean, very spacious and comfortable for our group of 4. The house is nicely stocked with everything we could possibly need (and more!). Having a few board games was a nice touch for rainy days. The beach was a short walk away. Meghan prefers guests bring their own sheets and towels, so make sure to plan ahead! We would happily stay here again!

Sister Trip 2023

We enjoyed our stay!! We stayed in the middle of Boston and Portland. So we were able to drive and come back in a short amount of time!! The host got back to us each time we asked a question. The house was very well stocked for everything we needed. She even supplied bedding because we were unable to bring it. Thought the house was very quaint!

Excellent Beach House!

My husband and 3 kids (15, 15 & 13) stayed for 2 nights in this house. My only regret is that we didn't book it for longer because it was amazing! Not only was the house very clean and spacious, but it had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive when I reached out with a question as well. We spent our time driving up the coast into Maine, and hanging out on the beach, which is just a block away. I hope that we have the chance to visit again some day!
