Our stay at Coastal Beach House Escape exceeded our expectations in every way! The tranquil coastal views from every room made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The home is beautifully appointed, with spacious bedrooms and inviting gathering areas that are perfect for spending quality time together for both family and friends.The location is fantastic, offering convenient access to the Northshore’s beautiful beaches and nearby historic attractions. Whether we were enjoying game nights, streaming a movie, watching the sunset, or simply soaking up the coastal scenery, the home provided the perfect setting for making wonderful memories.Alexi and Lucinda were outstanding hosts. They made the entire experience seamless from check-in to departure. And, they were so thoughtful in the most unexpected ways!I highly recommend Coastal Beach House Escape to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal retreat set in a beautifully designed and decorated home. I will definitely be staying here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful coastal retreat. We were able to unwind as soon as we entered. The open kitchen and great room were spacious and ideal for family gatherings to cook, share meals, and spend quality time together.The new and incredibly comfortable beds made for a good night’s sleep. We loved the stunning views from the windows and decks- beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and sparkles on the ocean.The location was perfect- just steps from the beach and only a short drive to downtown Ipswich where we enjoyed local shops and restaurants.The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seemless from the booking through checkout. We thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us and hope to return sometime soon. We highly recommend your coastal retreat in Great Neck, Ipswich, a hidden gem.

This neighbor hood is situated right in the middle of great beaches. It is on a hill which enables nice views of the area. This is short ride to down town Ipswich, which has great resturants, shops, & historic sites. Also short rides from the here are Cranes Beach, many farms (Russell Farm, Marini Farm, Appleton Farm), plus Essex, Gloucester too...

Love this property since this house is so close to the beach just a short walk down the street! The properties views are unique since it has 360 views of Plumb Island Sound, The Atlantic, Cape Anne, Crane's Beach, Little Neck, Ipswich RIver, Steep Hill Beach...
