The sublime living room welcomes you with large bay windows giving access to the terrace.



It is divided into three spaces:



- A comfortable living room with smart TV

The first bedroom will offer you a good queen size bedding (160 cm), a large built-in closet, an en suite shower room but above all direct access to the terrace for sunny breakfasts.



The second bedroom is identical to the first one except that the shower room is located outside the bedroom.



Finally, you will love its famous terrace of 38 m2 for your dinners and other shared moments.

After a few steps on Isola Bella Avenue, you can:



- Take advantage of the Montfleury district, offering a real atmosphere to shop in our pretty shops (blangery, pharmacy, wine cellar, florist and supermarket).

- Get to the city centre by joining the Antibes street 5 minutes walk away.

- Go to the Croisette in 10 minutes.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION



Free parking on the very street of the accommodation, with common parking in the residence.

Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).



Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.

Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.



Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
