Located on the heights of Vars, the Hameau des Rennes residence consists of charming 3- to 4-story chalets. It offers access to a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool (open December to April).
The hamlet enjoys a prime location at the foot of the Fontbonne chairlift, directly accessible via a central elevator. Underground parking is available at the bottom of the residence.
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and ski rentals are just 200 meters away. Surface area : about 34 m². 1st floor. Orientation : East. View ski slopes. Living room with vacuum cleaner, bed-settee (140*190), TV. Bedroom with bunk bed, pull out bed. Open-plan kitchen with special heater to prepare La Raclette, kettle, coffee machine (filtre), oven / microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Separated WC. Bathroom. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
