Family and Pet Friendly! Luxurious Backyard Amenities! Jacuzzi! Lots of Parking!

We have done some remodeling - new floors, new furniture in the bedrooms and a new master ensuite! We also finished landscaping the rest of the back area and added a beautiful group seating area and a more private seating area.

Parking! Parking! And more Parking! 3 Kings! Sleeps 11 in beds. Gorgeous newly renovated inside and landscaped backyard with Outdoor Kitchen, Blaze Grill, 8 person Bullfrog Spa, Fire Table and beautiful views of the amazing red rock cliffs!

3 new King beds and brand new towels and bedding throughout the entire house. Pool access right next door at the clubhouse. Enough parking to accommodate all of your vehicle and towing needs!

Family friendly and pet friendly(with $125 pet cleaning fee) Undisclosed pets will have a $175 fee added after checkout. Must clean up pet poops or have a $150 fee added after checkout. A crate is provided, stored in the garage. If you do use it please bring it inside. DO NOT leave your pets in the garage as it can get hot in there.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean up any pet feces in the outdoor areas. If not cleaned up maintenance will charge a $150 fine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS - The HOA has a strict noise ordinance 9pm-8am. Please respect the ordinance so the HOA will continue to allow rentals here.
PETS - If you have your furry friends do not leave them in the house or yard unattended unless they are in a closed crate. $150 fee if poops are left
DOORS AND WINDOWS - Please keep doors and windows closed to keep the home as clean as possible. Winds get crazy there and blows in the sand and dirt.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and son stayed at Jen's home as part of a last minute Moab trip. Communication was excellent, check in was a breeze, and the home was exactly what they were looking for. They especially enjoyed the beautiful shower! All around a great stay.

Great Host and Property!

As the title says, the property and the host were great! While the inside of the house was great, the outdoor space was what we enjoyed the most. We relaxed in the hot tub each evening after hiking and off-roading as well as relaxed around the fire table with a cool beverage. Our host was always available and responded quickly with any questions or comments we had. We very much enjoyed our stay and will book this property again if it's available the next time we are in Moab.

We were here for 3 nights with friends, exploring the parks. It was a very busy weekend in Moab so we decided to not battle the crowds and cooked in every meal! The totally private patio area was delightful! Excellent property!!

Ideal home for our Moab vacation!

This home was perfect for our family of 4! We have stayed in many rentals and this kitchen was better equipped than most which made cooking meals so easy. The hosts thought of every detail for each room which made our stay so enjoyable. Beds were comfortable, all linens great quality and fully equipped laundry room which was great after long days of hiking. I highly recommend this property!

Great location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands and the town of Moab

Our host Jen Eames was awesome, Her home is well stocked with anything you need. We had a problem with the spa (caused by us) and she had her property manager at the house within an hour to fix it and tell us how not to do it again. Love the kitchen, every drawer is labled so you know what goes where. If you want to explore Moab it's a great home base!

Wonderful experience in Moab South Valley

We rented this home for 3 weeks so we could hike and accommodate family during our stay. Everything was excellent! Convenient to town and Arches National Park and the BLM where there are many beautiful and exciting hikes to take! The property was amazing. We never expected it to be so roomy! And the back patio with the hot tub, fire pit and amenities was where we loved spending down time. The home was so clean and we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for providing a home away from home getaway! You will not be disappointed in this property!

Our favorite family vacation to date

The backyard is a perfect desert retreat. Fire table, tons of outdoor seating, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with bar, grill, & cooler. The interior of the house is awesome too. Beds were comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, nice towels for bathing and swimming. Laundry room had everything we needed. Large garage made it nice for loading and unloading. My girls loved the white noise machines at night which doubled as a night light. Super appreciative that pets were welcomed here. Jen is a great host and has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable!

Perfect location for Moab, Arches, Canyonlands

We really enjoyed our stay at your house. Just outside of downtown Moab, it was an easy drive to everywhere we needed to go- Arches, Canyonlands, Deadhorse, River Rafting and Jeep rides. The house was very clean and had everything we need. We appreciated the little things - lots of towels to use for the hot tub, pool, and showering; laundry detergent, dishwasher pods. We felt like we could walk in the house and start vacationing! I connected with the owner on a few small items (nothing of concern) and Jen was quickly responsive. We would highly recommend this house and location to anyone who is looking to conveniently explore the greater Moab area. Thanks for hosting us!

Great house with plenty of parking and space to entertain

The house was great for us. The kitchen has everything you can think of to prepare great meals. There was enough parking for 2 trailers, 2 trucks and 3 jeeps. The covered patio was a great place to relax in the evening and talk about the days adventure. Loved the gas firepit and outdoor furniture. The hot tub was used nightly and was the perfect temperature and clean. There was unlimited hot water and you could have both showers running at once. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of extra pillows and blankets if you needed them. The washer and dryer were used daily and kept us in clean clothes all week. The community pool and hot tub was a great place to cool off and relax and made the trip so much more enjoyable. The community was quiet when we were there and plenty of others on vacation from what I could tell.

We love Moab/Arches and hope to have it be one of the places we retire to. When we were looking for a property this backyard was the reason we ultimately bought it.

It is hard to find parking in Moab especially if you have trailers. This place will have no problem!
