EVERGREEN COTTAGE

EVERGREEN is a cozy cottage and Pine tree plantation located next to the Quachita National Forrest. We just opened in July and have been booked up until Mid December from guest all over the United States. We are close to 3 mountains and Nimrod Lake. We are an hour from Hot Springs National Park and an hour from Little Rock National Airport. The cottage features a Jason whirlpool bath, full size Pac-Man arcade game, Rock fire pit, covered parking, barn with electric hook up for RV parking, comfy beds, riding trails for side by sides or 4-wheelers, and 5 ponds for fishing,
This cottage has everything you need. We even have snacks and drinks for our guest. Our past guest have especially enjoyed meeting the horses (for petting only ). We also provide horse treats for the kiddos to give to them. We hope you enjoy your stay at Evergreen and come back to see us.

Nice place

Loved the atmosphere of the home. Very welcoming with big comfy couches. Made use of the kitchen and was able to have a home cooked meal while traveling rather than having to eat out. Will stay again.

Wonderful get away

We had a lot of fun and it was so pretty. Her neighbors let us help feed the baby cows! It smelt so good when you walk in and had a beautiful view! We will come back again!

Nice and quite

Very nice place to relax. Enjoyed all the the little extras very thoughtful ! All the furniture was very comfortable. We did need more room for our clothes and personal belongings etc. maybe hooks in bathroom. Would stay here again.

Quiet Country Home

The home worked perfectly for us. It was a ways away from any stores but we knew that going in and were prepared. Anything we needed, we either had it or the homeowner had it available. We had no complaints and would stay there again.

Exactly what I needed!

This property was exactly as described. It was very remote and peaceful. I was able to bottle feed a newborn calf! They let me roam all over their property in the atv. I think my dog may have enjoyed it more than me. The host was very upfront and easy, I would recommend.

Comfortable and cozy home in the country

The home was comfortable and updated in a peaceful country setting with ponds and pastures to explore. We only stayed overnight so didn't have that opportunity. Maybe another time. The host was great had provided pretty much anything that was needed. There was a great little country store that had a little of everything if you forgot something. The host has done a lot to bring the family home place back to life. I know she will keep adding more wonderful updates to the place.

The house was nice. The owner has a negative attitude and we will not stay here again!

Negative. We arrived at 9 pm, the washing machine broke and there was water everywhere. The owner cleaned and mopped. However the chemicals she used were so strong I had a migraine headache for 2 days. I don’t recommend this property.

This guest made stuff up and threatened me that if she didn’t get a full refund, after staying all weekend, she would write a bad review. They left there Marijuana packages everywhere and left the place in a wreck. My beautiful horse Goldie after they left had her main cut a big chunk out of her hair. These people were a nightmare! I feel sorry for the next people that host them. Do not let them stay!!!! Sincerely, Mary Beth I have pictures of what they did to my beautiful horse when they couldn’t get money out of me. These people are pure evil.

Slice of heaven!

Mary Beth definitely deserves the super host title! My family and I had a wonderful time! Mary Beth thought of everything you could ask for and made our Christmas extra special! Evergreen us a clean, peaceful place with a store and quaint little restaurants nearby. Next time we'll bring our side by side! Thank you Mary Beth for the hospitality!
