We very much enjoyed our stay at Cobble Hill. Location, location, location!! The view from our home and the firepit was exceptional! And the beach was delightful to stroll. Wish there had been one more bath. Even a half bath. And we were concerned they didn't choose to give us the entry code until hours before our arrival. It's a bit unnerving to fly, drive, ferry etc. not knowing you didn't know how to enter a house you rented. But it all worked out. And it did become "home"! We found ourselves returning to enjoy our time there rather than sightseeing. Would very much come back!!

Great location! Beautiful home and was perfect for what we were looking for. Wish we had some more cooperative weather to enjoy the exterior of the property but we were very comfortable when inside. Thanks again!

Tranquil views of the ocean and a wonderful home to have 8 friends gather for some relaxing time filled with laughter. The 4 bedrooms and seating for 8 helped make this home feel comfortable for 8 people. Direct access to the beach in front of the property was nice for walks along the beach.

Gorgeous place! Hadn’t been maintained very recently (leaves and dirt on outdoor furniture and outdoor kitchen, outdoor furniture cushions not setup as in photos, grass not recently mowed, etc) but important elements of the indoor space were clean- fresh linens, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The place could use some general maintenance and a deep clean.Location was exquisite with a wonderful path to the beach. Our dog was in heaven! Kids loved the game/rec room! I’d go again, just for location and setup, but I’d go a day early to clean a bit and set things up before rest of family arrived if I had known. The key code didn’t work when we arrived, but they got back to me within 5 minutes with a backup code. Overall wonderful stay - beautiful location and neighborhood.

Great place to reconnect

We had a wonderful weeklong stay with our adult kids. Beautiful, open and airy home - quiet and relaxing with beach access, fantastic outdoor spaces, chef’s kitchen, board games and table tennis. Surrounded by wonderful areas for hiking, wine and cider tasting, and even engaging with raptors. In short, a great place to reconnect.

Amazing rental!

We had a great time in this beautiful home. The location by the beach, the view, watching the sunrise etc. in a quiet neighborhood all made this a very relaxing vacation for all of us, including our dog! It's a lovely spot, we would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It’s in a quiet neighborhood with stunning views and just steps from the beach. The house was the perfect size, with lovely decor, great outdoor spaces, and a beautifully landscaped yard.The kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor wood-fired forno was a fun bonus for cooking. We spent most days walking the beach and enjoying the ocean views. Peaceful, relaxing, and close to great communities—can’t wait to come back!

Girlfriend Trip

This property is beautiful! It is spacious, both inside and outside with several cozy spaces, all with spectacular views. The beds are comfortable and both kitchens (inside and outside) are well equipped. It was perfect for a friend trip and I know it would be ideal for a family gathering.

Enjoyed our weekend stay at this beautiful property on the ocean. Well stocked and clean. A little pricey for September… could use another bathroom but worked well enough for 3 of us. Beautiful landscaping and view.

The property was everything it said. Easy access to the beach, beautiful view, great kitchen, even a pizza oven which we used twice. The outdoor spaces were comfortable. The location to hikes and activities was convenient.

The house was beautiful. We had everything we needed! The kitchen was fully stocked, there was a huge gift baskets with goodies for the family to snack on, board games, and surely more things we missed as the house was massive! Our host was so quick to reply when we had inquiries. It was lovely being so close to the beach and a few other scenic trails. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. One suggestion I would make is to add mirrors or vanities to the other bedrooms so guests aren't limited to getting ready in the bathroom or foyer where mirrors are present (other than the masters).

Cozy and gorgeous

We had a girls weekend at this beautiful property. The weather wasn't the greatest (in November, to be expected), but we were cozy inside and enjoyed the comfortable hang out spaces and the comfortable beds. The beach is right down from the yard and the views of the ocean were restorative. Thanks so much for the stay and the convenience of all the check in and check out!
