Located in a secure residence, the apartment is on the ground floor, with an outdoor area that you can enjoy all year round.
Let's start the visit with the entrance that serves the main room, composed of a living area with sofa bed (160x200cm), connected TV, dining area, and fully equipped open kitchen.
The set opens with a large bay window on the private garden, furnished with a garden furniture, an outdoor dining area and an electric barbecue.
A gate allows direct access to common green areas and children's playgrounds, without needing to pass through the common areas.
On the night side:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), storage and window on the garden
- A shower room with double sink and toilet
The set is sober and functional, with quality equipment and furniture designed for a stay in complete autonomy.
A reserved parking space is located just near the entrance to the apartment.
