Enjoy our sun terrace the pool and the pleasant climate of Florida. Ideal for sun lovers: the patio has south-west location! For an evening drink on Sunset loads the large boat dock a with seating. The renting a boat is possible. Boat lift. Even otherwise our house offers all the comforts: spacious and bright living room, comfortable reading corner, fully equipped kitchen with an elegant dining area, view of the pool area, the lovely garden and the channel crossing. For 6 people there are 3 bedrooms, 2 master suites and 3 bathrooms, available. More information :: Our house Bella Vista is situated in a quiet residential area. The proximity to shopping such as Walmart, PUBIX, Coral-Wood-Mall, etc. contributes to your comfort. The famous shopping centers like Edison-Mall, Page Field-Mall, etc. can be reached via the Midpointbridge in a few minutes. A trip to Miromar Outlets stores should not be ignored and you are on Interstate 75 about 20 minutes there. Fort Myers Beach can be reached in about 20 min. And on the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva are in about 40 minutes. A trip to Naples is highly recommended, it is a beautiful town with exclusive shops. For golfers the house is optimal. There are within about 20 mi more than 50 Golflätze reachable.

Services and Property Management :: They are supervised by our German manager service on site. Upon arrival you will receive a briefing house, even with questions about your holiday destination such. B. Restaurants, shopping malls or sightseeing tours, you will appreciate to receive information. Immediately you will be picked up at the airport and returned upon departure. On request the cleaning service in between is arranged.

Sports facilities in the vicinity: Motor-boating: boat dock at the house, renting the boat on request! Swimming, cycling, inline skating, bowling, fishing, deep-sea fishing. At the Beaches all water sports are offered such. B. Jet skiing, parasailing, water skiing, sailing, surfing and diving.

Great Getaway

We had the best time staying at this property. The house fit us perfectly and the Lanai/pool area was the best. The house was well stocked and we had just about everything we needed.

Great value

This is a very spacious and comfortable house with a beautiful pool and view. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood convenient to the two lower bridges to Fort Myers. The decor is not the latest trend but attractive and immaculately clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and all the appliances in good working order. The laundry room was great too. The only negative was that the king sized bed in the second bedroom was VERY hard. The twin beds in the third bedroom were quite hard too. We would definitely stay here again.

Seriously, the place is fantastic. It was more beautiful than VRBO's pics of the place. The size of the pool was perfect and the German owners thought of providing everything, even extra batteries. We would love to stay there again and longer.

Covid stopped our trip

To leave this comment, I had to complete the ratings so caveat there. We would have loved to have been able to stay at this property. Unfortunately my 86 yr old mother tested positive for COVID and was quite sick. She passed away in mid January. Owners were wonderful and understanding through this without knowing many of the details.

Traumhafte Villa

Wir haben uns in der Villa Bella Vista sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind ein Traum. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für Unternehmungen ,zum Shoppen, aber auch für Bootsausflüge vom eigenen Steg. Die Entfernung zum Flughafen Fort Meyers ist knapp eine halbe Stunde. Wir waren dort mit der ganzen Familie und haben eine wundervolle Zeit verbracht. Dieses Haus ist perfekt für Familien mit Kinder aber auch für einen gemeinsamen Urlaub mit Freunden, denn die Villa ist so konzipiert, dass man sich jederzeit zurückzieht kann aber auch für gemeinschaftliches nettes Beisammensein. Wir können dieses Objekt ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen!
