One bedroom apartment half a block from Forsyth Park. King bed and designer furnishings. Brand new kitchen and bathroom with modern finishes. Historic building with some original details intact but mostly new!

Gorgeous decor and soaring ceilings await you in this totally renovated historic apartment steps from Forsyth Park, Starland District, SCAD etc.

This is just over 1 mile from River Street. Parking is free on the street. Wifi is free. Linens are provided for the King bed and pullout Queen sofa bed.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. The place is exactly as described. Large sun-drenched apartment. The kitchen was perfect. Cuisinart pots and everything you need. The king bed was extremely comfortable and decorated nicely. There is some wear and tear with the apartment, but very reasonable considering it's a rental.

The host was welcoming, we had some initial heat issues(we were here during a winter storm) but an HVAC person was called quickly to fix the issue. Thoughtful details in the space, very comfortable and a great location!!

The place was great and exactly as pictured. Very clean and in such a great location, right on the south end of Forsyth Park so everything was walkable for us and we had a toddler. But it was also located out of the busyness so it was nice and quiet. It had all necessities, except no dishwasher soap so we couldn’t wash dishes in the dishwasher but that was just a minor inconvenience. Otherwise it was all great!

Beautiful and clean space! Within walking distance to about everything. There’s a really fat and really friendly cat that lives two places down-please give him all the pets and kindest regards as he will come visit.

Host was very responsive to requests. Toilet seat was broken when we got there and it was replaced within a couple of hours. We were on the bottom floor of this 3 story building. Couch sits very low, not very comfortable for tall people. We were a little anxious about the on street parking but had no problem. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen adequately stocked. Bring your own coffee for coffee pot. Overall good experience.

Overall great decision

Not only was the location perfect for us it was priced just right. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to parking was good and the place was very nice and clean.

great stay

This property was in a great location. Forsyth park was beautiful. it was in walking distance. we enjoyed walking to the coffee shop 2 short blocks away. the rental was very quiet and comfortable. i highly recommend.

Great time away just me and the kids

Lots of walking not ideal location for 5yo but all in all great time. Had a vehicle which made it easier so just short drive w easy downtown parking.

Big place with even better location

Great stay overall! Clean, cutely decorated, awesome location (can walk around and find lots to do), felt safe and very comfy bed. Only thing is the water pressure isn’t great and the walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbors if they are loud. Great communication and hospitality from owner.

We are glad we stayed here! I think if we come back, we would choose a different location only because the street we were on did not feel as convenient as some others and it was not as pretty as some. It was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was so nice! I think the bathroom could use an extra freshening up.

Excellent overall

Loved location very close to everything SCAD. Forsythe park is 1/2 block away as well as local coffee shop Bed was comfortable, bedding and linens were excellent, kitchen was nicely stocked. Would definitely recommend to others Thank you for a great stay !

Lovely Stay in Savannah

I had a wonderful stay in Savannah and so happy with my experience here. I stayed alone and felt very safe and comfortable. It was walking distance to the park and many great restaurants and shops. Walkable to downtown, I went for a great run from the house around the river. It's an adorable home that's got great natural light, beautiful and very Savannah-like finishes, great spaces. Hope to come back.
