TRANSPORTATION
* 6-person golf cart (with signed waiver - must be 25 to operate) for use ONLY in neighborhood - not allowed on 30A.
* Bikes are popular on 30A! 4 are included with this rental.

HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
* Golf Cart Parking: There's designated parking at the front of the neighborhood between Morgan Street and the Waterhouse condos.
* Large resort style pool (heated depending on ambient nightly temperatures)
* Community green space (located at pool).

BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE:
* There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.
* In order to sit at the Magnolia access, you would need to rent a "set" from a local chair vendor (2 chair & umbrella).
* There is a public beach access, Seabreeze Public Access located approximately 500ft west (near Mistral Condos) of Magnolia Cottages gate. This beach access has a shower but no parking. Golf cart parking is located at entrance of Magnolia Cottages

License to Chill 30A provides an initial starter kit of amenities for all of our guests.
FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 5 extra liners for the kitchen trash.
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper and trash can liner. Additionally, laundry pods are provided for LG wash tower.

This home does have external surveillance devices.
