Step into a bright and spacious living room, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal with friends and family. It opens directly onto a large sun-drenched terrace overlooking tennis courts — a lovely spot for breakfast or unwinding in the Côte d’Azur sunshine.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and tableware you need to feel at home.

The night area includes two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed, practical storage, and air conditioning to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep — even on warm summer nights.

The apartment also features:

A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet

A separate WC for added convenience

Additional amenities include fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, iron, fresh bed linen, and towels

You’ll have full and exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. The building is secure and equipped with an elevator for easy access.

Check-in is done in person between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
A €50 late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
Please inform us in advance so we can plan your arrival accordingly.

Our team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM via the platform messaging or by phone.

Check-out is also done in person. A member of our team will contact you the day before departure to schedule key handover.
