The Nook offers a cozy living and dining space perfect for two. With an attached full bathroom, kitchenette and walk-in closet, The Nook has everything you need to feel at home.

You will love The Nook's comfortable queen bed, smart TV and fast reliable wireless internet.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dinnerware, eating utensils, wine glasses and bottle openers. The Nook also offers a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of K-Cups, as well as creamer and sugar.

With a fenced-in, shared backyard, The Nook is a great place to enjoy the day or catch one of those famous West Texas sunsets.

Quaint small cottage very close and convenient to ACU. The parking spaces are right outside the entrance to the Nook. Large walk-in closet to keep everything out of the main space. Quiet and peaceful area. We would definitely stay here again!
