This stunning and fully-upgraded condo is ideal for special family gatherings and celebrations. Custom high-end furniture and modern appliances make your stay comfortable as it comes with all must-have items for perfect relaxation, home-cooking, and entertainment.
If you feel like taking a stroll down the street for a bite to eat or a sit-down dinner, there are plenty of options only a walking distance away. Anything from high-end dining options to “holes-in-wall” gems known only to locals are at your disposal. Among the crowd, favorites are Houston's, Mais Arepas, Jack Rose, Balise Tavern, and more.
If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located 1.6 miles from your condo. One has a bathtub; the 2nd one has a standing shower • TV in the living room and in the master bedroom • Beautiful electric fireplace for cozy evenings Parking • Only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Things to know • We may use video surveillance in public areas. • For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request • We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out. • A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request • Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. • House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine • Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. Easy to get around but if you have alot of luggage it's kind of a pain
We enjoyed our stay. The walls are typical apartments style for sound deadening.

Good value
Please read the entire review. When we arrived there were a few things that were not in good repair. There were several lights that were burnt out, the curtain in the living room was down and was difficult to put back up. The tiems in the kitchen were somewhat sparsed for a condo with space for six adults.
I communicated tha ttyo the management and htey were extremely fast to apologize and even had some larger coffee mugs and a wamr blanket delivered to our door.
The neighborhood was a little sketchy but now anything other than what we were expecting in and big city nowadays.
When the management called me after our stay, I gave them my review and they without even hesitating offered me a $100 discount on my next stay with them.
Because of the way they treated my complaints and how they responded so quickly I will definitely stay with them again somewhere else.
