The bathroom is fitted with all essential amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

Upstairs, the bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights. A desk and Wi-Fi connection are also available, perfect for working remotely.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro stations are Marcadet–Poissonniers (line 12), just a 6-minute walk, and Barbès–Rochechouart (line 2), a 10-minute walk. You’re also close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, with direct access to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport via RER B.

CDG Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
