Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

It was the perfect spot to stay during OC cruisin weekend in walking distance from all the action , beautiful view directly on the water with a huge balcony ! We loved having two rooms and two full bathrooms as well .The price was very reasonable as well ! We will definitely stay here again! :)

Stay was great but they didn’t extend my check out extension

Stay was great. Family friendly environment, neighborhood and clean rooms. I called HelpDesk and said I have to feed my autistic son and I requested to extend check out time from 10 AM to 11 AM by 1 hour but they didn’t extend. So we didn’t get enough time to feed our autistic son. So rating 4 out of 5.

Worked for us

An off season stay to visit properties in the area... Convenient, view of other condos across narrow canal, minor repairs and updating needed. Keypad Keylocks are definitely a problem as we could not get any of them to work and had to call for assistance.

Has nice potential

No information provided on how to access property. Had to contact management. Management people helpful and replied promptly. No information provided on how to access Internet. Management helpful there too. Some Furniture run down to the point of being dangerous both inside and on balcony. Beds were fine. Couch was a little stinky.

Was not happy with this vacation home. I had to wait 4 hours after checkin to even take my stuff inside to unpack. The home was filthy. The window blinds in the bedroom were completely covered in mold which had the window air conditioner behind them blowing the mold throughout the house. The bedding was dirty, the furniture and carpets are stained. Asked to be moved to a different unit but nothing was available, wanted to get the cleaning fee waved but since they has sent in another cleaning team I was not credited anything. Vacasa was great in getting some Jen to the home in a timely manner to the lean but this property owner clearly does not care about this property or the guests who’s stay there.

We have addressed the mold by spraying, and we will be replacing the window blinds to prevent further concerns. Unfortunately, the carpets showed significant wear from the summer season, and we didn’t have enough time between reservations to have them cleaned. We also appreciate your comments regarding the linens and will bring this to the attention of our linen department to ensure they are thoroughly deep cleaned. While we’re glad to hear that our team was responsive, we recognize that the overall condition of the property fell short of your expectations. Thank you for your insights, and we will work diligently to improve for future guests.

It was nicely furnished. A/C units were loud but we got used to it. No ice maker but there were ice trays. It was clean. Bath towels were awful. Mgmt company should pay a bit more to get at least hotel quality towels. Decent amount of street parking.
