This mid-century modern has been updated w/all the amenities! Gourmet kitchen, Master bedroom with large trapezoid windows. Luxury master bath with air jet tub and a double shower. Screened porch, Sonos sound system throughout house, 85” television in Living room & Wisconsin Badger game room with pool table. 4 Person Hot tub. Walk to Monroe St and Camp Randall Stadium

The City of Madison only allow resident's to rent their primary residence out for under 30 days at a time. Residents are only allowed to rent their home out for 30 days a year if the owners do not sleep on the premises. Owners are allowed to rent the home out as much as they'd like if they are sleeping in the premises during the rental.

Additionally, luggage/hanging racks are provided in the bedrooms for your use.

Haven for family & friends in Madison

The house exceeded our expectations in every way. With our son in his first semester at UW-M, we planned a weekend with our family to get to know Madison and have a chance to visit with his news friends and their families. We love to cook and entertain, and we love to explore new cities on foot. The house was perfect for both, and allowed us to feel at home instantly. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and easy access to everything you need either on foot or by a short drive. The house is perfectly appointed in every way — a fabulous kitchen with all you need to cook plus an outdoor grill, a lovely open dining and living area, a billiards room with darts and an adjoining screened living area with fire pit and dining table. Having a laundry and fitness room were extra bonuses for us. And all of the bedrooms were really comfortable. Plus the backyard has corn and ladder toss with a jacuzzi all wrapped in lovely landscaping. To top that, the Stauters are the PERFECT hosts — anticipating and attending to all the right details to make our stay feel like home.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our Texas native family wanted a relaxing (not hot) summer trip for two college aged kids and adults with a diverse set of interests. Everything about this home was perfect. Our hosts set us up with great communication for a great stay, the neighborhood was perfect for morning and evening walks and walkable to so many great eateries and shops. The home is lovely, with room for everyone to be together or grab a minute to themselves. It was a perfect home base for taking in Madison and spending time with each other.
