Charming house, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furnishings in quiet lakeside neighborhood. Ideal spot to enjoy sunset on lake, view Capitol, explore Madison, near Botanic Gardens, Arboretum, with good dining (Fratelli's) and bakery, (Batch Bakehouse.) Pleasant uncluttered decor. Treats on arrival and convenient beside chargers. Kelly is an outstanding, thoughtful host.

This house is decorated well, has comfy beds and linens, offers a well-equipped kitchen, and is in a quiet, peaceful setting. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

The place is easy to get to, user friendly with all necessities plus extras readily available, and the space is super functional. It has a great layout, it's immaculate, and cute as a button. Kelly was a breeze to work. We will revisit for future visits to UW!

The property was perfect for our stay while visiting UW Madison. The beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable. Being notified that we could check in early was a wonderful surprise. The gift bag with the waters, chocolates and note was a nice touch. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend.

Had a great stay. The place was set up with everything we needed. The owner had clearly gone out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little house and perfect for a family of four. We loved the bikes (complete with helmets and bike locks) and a great kitchen to cook in. We enjoyed live music at the beach next door and got ice cream and meals minutes from the house.

We wanted a budget-friendly property near Madison to do our first getaway as a little family. Clean house with comfortable beds and nice kitchen. The real fun is outside along the lake!
