Industrial art haus just 3 blocks to Rupp Arena, a short walk to Gatton Park & only one block from Jefferson Street, with lots of dining & drinking options! Less than 1 mile to the Distillery District. Our guests will enjoy covered parking, luxury bedding, 2 smart TVs, a well-stocked kitchen & commercial laundry with sleeping arrangements for 4 people (1 king bed & 1 sofa bed). Whether you're in town for a concert, Keeneland, a wedding, graduation or work - this art haus is the ideal getaway!

We live nearby & are available if needed.

One of the best-kept secrets in Downtown Lexington! This contemporary loft community is conveniently located within walking distance to Central Bank Rupp Arena, UK, Transylvania University, the farmers market, the Distillery District & a block from the Legacy Trail for biking/walking to the Horsepark and the Town Branch Commons. There are a plethora of local bars, restaurants & entertainment within a few blocks: Blue Stallion Brewing, Distilled, Justin's House of Bourbon, Wine & Market, Blue Heron Steakhouse, Stella's Deli, Pies & Pints, Tony's Steakhouse, LexLive, West 6th Brewing, County Club + all the offerings in the Distillery District, to name just a few!

Very walkable! If the weather makes walking unpleasant, you can uber or lyft easily. There are also scooters you can ride downtown.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything happening in downtown Lex, including the Central Bank Arena, Gatton Park, the Distillery District, the Legacy Trail, the Opera House, Jefferson Street, Short Street & Main Street. Conveniently located 10 mins from the interstate; 15 mins to Keeneland and the airport; 30 mins to Frankfort & the Ky Bourbon Trail.

We had a wonderful time staying here. This is a great, walkable location! The condo is perfect and has anything and everything you could need! Convenient on-site covered parking is a bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

This condo/loft is perfect for 2 people. It conveniently located near downtown Lexington and very close to UK. If you're coming for a basketball game or any other event at Rupp Arena, it is less than a mile walk. The owners are easy to work with and are very responsive...much better than working with a management company. I would highly recommend this condo/loft if you are coming to Lexington.

Great stay in Lexington! Communication with the host was excellent. The condo was exactly as described. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. And it was an easy walk to Rupp Areha for the basketball game. Covered parking was a nice bonus.

25th anniversary celebration

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a refreshing retreat when we finished our visits to the Distillery District and other ventures. Tacos at Agave and Rye we the best we have ever had. Great place and would totally recommend.

The property was as described. Very nice, plenty of room for us. The bed was very cozy which I do not see often when travelling. Everything was nice and clean. Would recommend to everyone and would definitely stay there again. Owners were quick to reply when needed. Conveniently located, nice parking area. Place to walk our dog. Enjoyed.

Great location in a great city

Overall we had a great stay. There was a small glitch at check in but the hosts were extremely responsive. This is a great location walking distance from many restaurants and made a great home base while we explored the Bourbon Trail.

And you can't beat the proximity to Central Bank-Rupp Arena, the Distillery District & everything downtown Lexington has to offer!

This loft is located in a historic neighborhood, just a couple of blocks from Rupp Arena, Jefferson Street & the Distillery District. There are lots of dining options, entertainment & bars within walking distance. The Legacy Trail is also nearby, if you want to bring your bike & enjoy the beauty that makes Lexington truly one of a kind!
