Newly renovated 3/2.5 home overlooking Mission Bay. Located in a quiet neighborhood central to all the attractions San Diego offers. The one story open floorplan is perfect for friends and families whishing to spend quality time together.

The newly remodeled stadium kitchen is a true chef's delight with state of the art ovens offering steam, convection and pizza options. A 6 burner Thermador gas cooktop with true simmer. Kitchen also has a well stocked condiments and spices. On the opposite end of the open great room is a full size wet bar to inspire any mixologist.

Retractable glass door spans almost entirely across the rear of the home spilling out to the covered patio and huge deck. Endless opportunities to enjoy the bay views, Sea World fireworks (seasonal) and hilltop breezes can be had from every common area as well as the master bedroom.

Host is long time San Diego resident the lives in the house part of the year and is willing to offer tips and suggestions to help you experience the best of 'Americas Finest City'.

Ten percent discount for military and first responders. Ten percent discount for stays greater than 2 weeks.

Great stay

We came down to celebrate our son's graduation. The house is perfect for a small celebration- loved the open floor plan and windows that open out to the back porch, as well as ample street parking for guests. Neighborhood was very quiet and we met the friendly next door neighbor. Location was great for getting anywhere in San Diego. Ron was very kind and responsive to texts. Would recommend this VRBO for a family stay in San Diego!

Home away from home

We stayed at the property while getting our home ready to sell. It was a great central location and beautiful views! We needed a late check out and Ron was very accommodating!

Great Location

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to all of San Diego attractions. Close to freeway for exploring the beautiful coastline. If we return to San Diego, will definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

This is a beautiful house that met all our needs. Set up on a hill overlooking the water, we spent a lot of time enjoying the views from the deck. The location was very central to everything we wanted to do. Inside was spacious and comfortable. Ron was terrific to deal with.

Amazing home and stay

Recently returned to SF with family and enjoyed every moment while at the VRBO. The home is beautiful, very clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need for the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and it really does feel as if you’re home. We had a family of five plus my dogs and there was still plenty of space in the home. Located in a safe quiet neighborhood with easy access to the local attractions. Neighbors are friendly. The open floor plan and beautiful windows that overlook the outdoor areas was a nice addition. Weather was windy for most of the week. we were there so didn’t spend much time in the yard but this home has a great outdoor area for entertaining. Owner provides a handbook in the living room for everything you need to know so appreciated that. Parking was plentiful on the street. Aaron was very responsive from the time of booking, check in and even gave us a heads up reminder about the gardeners who were scheduled to come by. No complaints at all about this place. We had to figure out how to open the door upon check in but it was only bc we weren’t used to how the dead bolt worked but after some practice it was not an issue at all. Appreciate the attention to detail of the home and care that the owner takes to make the guests feel comfortable. Hope to return again sometime soon.Thanks Ron for a great stay! The photos don’t do the place justice as it is beautiful and well cared for.

Spring Break

Our family of 5 stayed for spring break. The house was beautiful and well maintained. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect for touring all of the San Diego area. We felt very safe and comfortable with the location.

Great central location for our sightseeing of San Diego & La Jolla locations. Short drives to both.

House has a nice open floor plan, with lots of light, and good views of Mission Bay from the hills. Well equipped kitchen and great appliances for cooking some meals in as we diid, with the exception of no microwave.

Beautiful place to run away from moving!

We wish we were able to enjoy the house and view more than what we did, but after dealing with the move every day and coming back here exhausted it was so refreshing. Thank you, for making it work that we were able to stay here for one extra day.

Great House in San Diego

My husband, teens, and in-laws enjoyed this house and its wonderful location. Would definitely rent again if in the area. The owner was very accommodating and was great communicating with us.

SD Stay

The house was gorgeous with an amazing view of the Mission Bay. Sun rise and sun set were phenomenal with hummingbirds buzzing all around. This was a great house to have family over to celebrate. More than enough seating for everyone, and with opening the back door/windowswe all were able to enjoy the view.

Family get together

We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed. The neighborhood location was convenient, too! I would have preferred a bit more room for our belongings. The biggest issue was a lack of space in the pantry to put food. It was full of their food items and kitchen equipment. Beds were very comfortable!

The property is beautiful and communication with the home owner was easy and very informative. We loved staying here. Theres a garden and patio with sun chairs. All high end appliances if you like to cook. Great location. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft and incredible. We loved this house!

Awesome experience

Gorgeous home in a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Communication with Ron was easy and the home is 10-15 minutes from everything our group wanted to explore. 12/10 experience.

Excellent location to enjoy and explore San Diego

Very nice location in San Diego with most highlights within just 15-20 minutes driving. Beautiful large living area which can be fully opened towards the large terrace to enjoy view on Mission Bay the whole day. Also the kitchen is well stocked and the host is very friendly and welcoming.

Amazing view and great location!

Stayed here for about a week and loved the area, particularly being able to eat out on the porch and look out into the bay. We were even able to see the nightly fireworks from SeaWorld across the bay which was an added bonus. The interior layout of the house is really nice with a big open kitchen/dining/living area great for gathering and hanging out. Lots of little high end touches all over place like the super fancy shower and amazing repurposed dining room table. Check in was a breeze and Ron was available any time we needed him. Would highly recommend staying here, especially for families or couples. :)

Perfect Stay

This was a perfect home. The home itself is beautiful and masterfully done. It is truly the owner's second home, so the high end work and amenities are wonderful. The view itself is worth the stay. The back deck was my favorite spot all week. The owner's communication was great throughout. The Neighborhood is wonderful. The Neighbors are friendly and kind. Likewise, It is a perfect location for anything in San Diego and the surrounding area. It is in the middle of everything. 10-15 minutes has you anywhere from Downtown, the ballpark, the beach, the zoo, La Jolla, and shopping. As I am sure so many people do, we rely on the reviews to tell us what the pictures can't . One review that stood out to me, someone stated in their review "Stop looking and just stay here"....that is actually what convinced me and I can't tell you how many times that echoed in my head throughout our week. This was the place everyone should stay! Thank you for opening your home up to us and others. It is the perfect VRBO for a San Diego stay.

Perfect Choice!

My family loved our stay at this house. Short drives to the beach, zoo, and most other places. We loved the fireworks every night and the view during the day. Being able to open the doors and have the breeze was such an amazing bonus. We could never do that at our home on the east coast! We highly recommend this house! Host was great with communication.

Amazing San Diego home!

This was our first time in San Diego and Ron’s home was a perfect place to stay for the week. Easy on street parking, gorgeous views from the balcony/terrace, lovely kitchen and bedrooms made this home a home away from home for our family of 6! Ron was easily reached for questions. This home truly is so beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything! Thank you again for creating a beautiful oasis!

Gorgeous views

My family of three enjoyed this beautiful home for a week. Everything was exactly as described. Lots of parking. Close to the beach, but not too close. There is a gourmet kitchen (ie no microwave) that is fun to cook in. We reached out to Ron for a question and received a quick response. We would recommend staying here.

Perfect location to enjoy San Diego

We spent six nights at this comfortable and well appointed home. It was only 20 minutes to anywhere you wanted to go in the town. The house is well equipped with expansive views toward the water. Ron was very responsive to an issue we identified, he resolved it quickly, and communication was great throughout. Highly recommend this home for people who want to get a taste of San Diego and some of the surrounding Beach areas

Dream House With Amazing View

The photos of this home do not do it justice - it is even more awesome in person! The expansive back patio was very relaxing and has an amazing view, and we even got to see the fireworks from Sea World each night! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. For those of you who like to cook, the house is fully stocked with spices and herbs that you are free to use, and there are even some fresh herbs growing outside on the patio! The kitchen is amazing with top of the line appliances. We used the gas grill on the patio a few times as well. Ron is as amazing host - very friendly and prompt with returning messages. Ron seems eager to make sure guests are happy and satisfied. He's a Jimmy Buffett fan so you know he has to be a good guy! Finally, we really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. You need to park on the side of the street but there was always ample parking so that was never a problem. We were not too far of a drive away from any of the attractions we visited. This house proved to be a great "base camp." Please do not hesitate to rent this home - you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful home with a great view!

This is a wonderful home that has been beautifully updated. From the minute you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the bay and the oversized deck. This is the perfect home for entertaining or just hanging out with family and friends. The host, Ron, provided detailed info about the property and was available if any assistance was needed. You can tell the home has been cared for w/attention to every detail. I highly recommend - great location, great house, and great host!

Twenty minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the beaches of Mission Bay, 15 minutes to Sea World (you can actually see it from the house) and 5 minutes to the restaurant/bar area of Pacific Beach. Large spacious deck with amazing views.
