The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 35 m² flat for rent in the town of Montluçon, which can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob...
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190), access to the balcony
- One bathroom with shower, WC
Outside:
- One 4 m² south-east facing balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Montluçon, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.
Activities:
- Visit Old Montluçon and the Château des Ducs de Bourbon
- Parc des Îlets and Parc Wilson
- Museum of Popular Music (MUPOP)
- Saint-Pierre Church
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free 50 metres from the flat.

- Montluçon-Ville railway station is a 5-minute drive away
- Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne Airport is a 1 hour 20 minute drive away
