Residence: Located on the heights of Vars, the residence of Hameau des Rennes consists of charming chalets of 3 or 4 levels, and enjoys an indoor swimming pool in winter and indoor and outdoor in summer. This hamlet is located at the foot of the Fontbonne chairlift, thanks to the central elevator (foot of the slopes for experienced skiers). Access to the parking lot below the residence.This hamlet is located 200m from shops, superettes, restaurants, ski rental... Free shuttle stop that passes every 15-20 min and desses the entire stationThe residence's swimming pool is opened ONLY during tourist seasons, usually from mid-December to early April for the winter, and from early July to late August for the summer. It remains closed during the interseason, apart from these periods, which in principle correspond to the opening of lifts (dates may vary each year).

Ideally located at the foot of the slopes (not for beginners).With an area of 32 m2, the apartment is perfectly designed to accommodate 4 people. You will enjoy its bright and warm living room, extended by a beautiful sunny balcony, ideal for enjoying a breakfast facing the Alpine landscape. The fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine, microwave and kettle) will allow you to share friendly moments after a day of skiing or hiking.On the night side, the apartment has a double bedroom with 160x200 bed and TV. The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa thanks to a stork bed, which can offer two separate beds. A bathroom with a towel dryer and a hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete this functional and warm property.A foot-to-earth ideal for holidays in the mountains, with family or friends.The apartment is strictly non-smoking. The end of stay cleaning and the rental of linen are not included in the service, but can be reserved as an option with the agency. Apartment not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PMR).The apartment includes a ski locker and a private parking space. ATTENTION The swimming pool is closed from 19 March 2025 and until the summer period 2025 due to a defective room. We confirm that the pool will reopen at the opening of the resort in the summer of 2025.
