Welcome to Jack's Cove – a very special place in Ogunquit. This 3 bedroom, ocean front property is located just south of Perkins Cove and includes a generous backyard that leads to a secluded, private pebble beach.

Watch the sailboats and lobstermen come in and out of Perkins Cove or swim in the clear, protected water without the crowds. The lawn extends directly to the beach and can accommodate activities of all kinds (including cocktails and napping).

The open first floor allows for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Maine while prepping in the kitchen, enjoying a sit-down meal or relaxing in the living room.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor and offer beautiful coastal views with windows to let in the ocean breezes.

The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have desks in case work just can’t wait. There are two twin beds in the unfinished basement as well as additional seating and a washer/dryer.

All the comforts of home are provided including bed linens, bath and beach towels.

The home is situated on almost an acre of property that is only accessible from a private lane off of Shore Road. This beautiful property was originally part of “Ye Olde Perkin’s Farm” (circa 1717) where a former pasture still extends to the back of the house. Local legend has it that the cove was named after a bootlegger who made his smuggling runs through the inlet.

Guests of Jack's Cove are just minutes away from Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way and downtown while enjoying the beautiful Maine coast on the only private beach in Ogunquit. A unique gem of a rental!

Cleaning fee of $325, plus 9% Maine tax will be applied to the balance when booking.

Most of the year there is a three night minimum, however during the summer months the town of Ogunquit requires at least a seven day stay. Our summer reservations are from Saturday to Saturday.

We are unable to host weddings and events.

We had another absolutely beautiful stay. It’s clear how much care she puts into this home, down to the smallest detail, and it makes the entire experience feel so special. The view is breathtaking. Waking up to the ocean, watching the sailboats, and having such a peaceful place to simply be together is something we never take for granted.But the most priceless part is the time here with our children, playing on the beach, stacking rocks, exploring, and making memories together as a family. Those little moments are the ones we’ll remember forever. We’re so grateful for this home and for another stay filled with memories we’ll always treasur:)

The Jack's Cove house is beautiful, comfortable and nicely appointed. We had all we needed plus a gorgeous ocean view on a snowy weekend. Ogunquit and Perkins Cove are so charming in winter, and there are good dining choices nearby even in the off season. Everyone in our family, including the toddler, loved the house, the location, and the area.

Amazing place!! We’ve been all over the country and this one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and well appointed. The best part is the private setting right on the beach and still close to downtown Ogunquit.

We stayed in four different places along the coast of Maine, and this was our favorite. The view and private beach were outstanding. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Elizabeth was also a great host.

This is an amazing rental. The view was spectacular with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked. Centrally located to restaurants and Perkins cove. We would laugh when someone asked how far away is this restaurant and I would always say about 1 to 1.5 miles. Elizabeth is a fantastic host. Great communication with clear instructions. We plan to go back and visit Ogunquit again and hope this place will be available.
