We absolutely loved staying in this cottage. Wonderful location out of the hustle and bustle but close enough. The convenience of the little stores close by for coffee in the morning was great. We walked to dinner to Ultramar and had a fabulous meal. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location - beautiful property!

Loved our stay in Cape Porpoise. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed riding all around the area. The property is absolutely beautiful and one of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed in. Plenty of space for our family of 3 and a friend that stopped by to visit. Definitely pay a visit to the Musette across the street!

Gorgeously decorated, upscale 3 bedroom cottage with everything you need. Property manager was extremely easy to reach with any questions, check in was easy. We couldn't be happier !

We stayed at Captain’s Cottage for our annual Christmas Prelude visit. The cottage is fabulous!

The rental process was so easy. Jamie took care of every detail. The photos don’t do the cottage justice. It’s adorable!

Beautiful Cottage

We love the Captain’s Cottage! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, very clean, wonderful amenities, and perfect location! We love staying in Cape Porpoise and enjoy sitting out in the lovely landscaped yard. Great location as you can walk across the street to Mussette, Cape Porpoise Kitchen and the local grocery store, Bradbury Brothers. Perfection!

Cozy, wonderfully renovated cottage in a beautiful, convenient location

The house was beautifully renovated, had a great open living/kitchen setup, and very comfortable, beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location right in the middle of Cape Porpoise.

Cape Porpoise vacation

Captain’s Cottage is a beautifully decorated, comfortable, and enjoyable vacation home. It has a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings and bedrooms. Cape Porpoise is a beautiful area with many attractions and conveniences. We enjoyed our coastal Maine vacation.

Comfortable and convenient

This extremely relaxed house is wonderfully located — restaurant across the street, market around the corner, library across the corner — and quiet. We liked walking around the cape of Porpoise and enjoying the tranquility of small time life. The house is well equipped and cared for by the owners. The bathrooms are roomy and functional and kitchen is well stocked. I was able to cook several meals with ease.
