Room for the whole family ! Enjoy your stay in my beautiful lake home on all sports Lake Fenton. Bring your boat or jet ski to be used at the public launch ( boats & jet skis cannot be docked at the house, they must be pulled out of the water each day) Walk out basement with bar including ice machine & back bar type refrigerator. Game room ready for the family to enjoy! This house is perfect for entertaining and relaxing by the water !

Great place for a family vacation!

A fun time was had by all, and so much room! Loved the lake and the men loved the fishing too. Amy was great and we cant wait to come back!!

Best lake house

The pictures do not do this home justice! Our favorite rental! So much room for our family and the outdoor space was expansive! They had kayaks, paddle boards and yard games that the grandkids loved! Amy the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic Vacation!

This house was perfect! Perfect for relaxing, entertaining, fishing, boating, kayaking, etc. Great location in Fenton with plenty to do nearby. The property owner was extremely helpful, ensured that we had everything we needed, and answered questions throughout. I could not have been happier with the communication and effort given to ensure we had a great stay.

Wonderful, Peaceful Stay

My sister and I recently lost our parents, and we came back to Michigan to bury them. This lake was the lake that we grew up on, and we always had aspirations in staying on it again. This stay was absolutely stunning, had everything easily laid out, and we are so looking forward to staying at this house again. Couldn't say enough wonderful things about Amy either. She answered all questions and responded almost immediately to every message. Highly recommend this stay to anyone, the house and property is BEAUTIFUL.

Beautiful lakefront home

This beautiful home on Fenton Lake has a bright open floor plan, was very clean and beautifully decorated. Very warm and welcoming. The host was most gracious in providing extra amenities, making our stay comfortable and stress free. Whether fishing off the dock or sitting out on the deck enjoying the view, (especially the family of swans), plan to relax and unwind in this lovely setting.

Fun times!!

The house was very clean. Amy was quick to respond to any questions I had. She also left notes describing how to use certain things throughout the house. My two girls really enjoyed playing on the little beach coming off of the property. The lake was also nice and clean. We also enjoyed fishing!! We would definitely go back and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a house on the lake.

Perfect space for multiple families!

This house is amazing!!! I felt right at home and safe immediately. My dad and his wife, my husband and kids, and my nanny all stayed here for my cousins wedding. Everyone had comfortable living areas. The perks of that heated bathroom floor— I swear my kids and I just sat on the floor multiple times. The host was easy to communicate with. Now let me tell you the biggest perk for our stay. The wedding venue was the Fenton brewery and winery, and it was 7 minutes away! I’m from this area originally so it was so nice to be so close to my family and the venue considering my kids were in it. With extra family and bridal party coming and going the open floor plan made it a breeze for hosting a snack or cocktail around the events I am dreaming about coming back during all the seasons. .

Amazing experience!

The pictures don't do justice to the property! It was a beautiful and clean home. We hosted my sister's baby shower here and everyone was very pleased with the home and location. It was very spacious and had everything you needed to host a gathering (extra tables and chairs, lawn games, etc.). Thank you for the fantastic stay!

Luxury home on the lake

I stayed here with my family (5 adults, 1 teen, 2 small kids) over a long weekend while in town visiting extended family. The home was true to the listing and was perfect for us. Plenty of room for everyone, and plenty of space for us to entertain extended family that we were in town to visit. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was even festively decorated for Halloween. Would definitely recommend and hope to book again next time we’re in town.
