Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A spacious home in quite neighborhood and will sleep up to 12 guests. Close to a ski resort and in short driving distance to one of Michigan’s best known recreational areas which includes a fabulous beach, hiking and biking trails, and fun family outdoor recreation. Downtown is only about 5 miles away with fabulous shopping, delicious dinning and fun festivities throughout the year. Close to many amazing event venues and one of Oakland counties greatest ORV parks.

Great Stay

The property owner was communicative and helpful, the property had plenty of places to relax and hang out and tons of beds. It was very peaceful, lots of cool birds hanging around the creek area in the back. Close to the places we wanted to go. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay!

This property was exactly what we needed! It was close to our event location in a quiet neighborhood. The driveway has ample parking with the garage and we fit everyone in. There were several bedrooms to choose from and we all had a comfortable nights rest. The kitchen was more stocked than most which we appreciated, as we cooked each day of our stay. We will definitely be returning for future events in the area.

Very nice property with a lot of beds, has a walk out basement with extra beds if you have a big family. i would definitely would stay again at this property if in the area.

Christmas visit to the Grandparents

This property worked out well for us. We were in the area to visit family for Christmas. Nice and large and comfortable for a family.

Great quiet getaway

This location was a great place to gather as a family-multiple bedrooms, space to gather for meals & a large backyard for yard games & a bonfire. It was in a quiet neighborhood & the host was very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

concert night

The home worked perfectly for what we needed. Ladies night at a concert and Pine Knob and then back to this house for the night. Close, easy drive and accommodated our group great.

Great stay near Pine Knob

We stayed here with a group of 10 adults. We were in town for a concert at Pine Knob. It was about a 20 minute drive to the venue from this location. It is also very close to the Renaissance Festival Fairgrounds. The house was easy to find, big, clean, as described, and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. I would recommend to others if they are staying in the area!

Family gathering.

The house worked perfectly well for our purpose. We had a camping family gathering at Seven Lakes State Park, and not all of us were able to camp. Would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

Home for the Holidays

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas! The only issue was at check-in: we didn't receive instructions on how to get in the house and had to call. When we did, someone answered and a child played a prank on us. Not the vibe we were hoping for after a long day of travel and a tired toddler! We called back and got things straightened out and everything was smooth from that point on. The house was clean and the backyard was awesome. We appreciated the water and the baby gate. Thank you!

Great for what we needed

We mostly needed the space for our adult sons and their spouses and another couple as well as my husband and I to stay since everyone came together for a surprise birthday party at a local restaurant. Some came from 3 hours away to attend. We had a room and beds to spare. It was perfect for what we needed. Very nice home.

Pleasant Surprise

Pulling up to the property may give you mixed feelings, but once inside you will be pleasantly surprised by the space. The property is an older home, but it had a pretty good layout and plenty of space for our party. It has a couple of quirks such as hot water issue when both showers are being used at the same time and one of the bedroom doors is a glass pocket door. We all slept well as the neighborhood is quiet. We would stay there again.

Great place for a group

Our group came to town for a Christian Women’s conference. We only spent one night. Would have loved to stay longer. Accommodations were great for our ten ladies. Could have used some extra chairs for around the table for our dinner. We didn’t get a chance to really enjoy all that is there. Will probably come back if it’s available next year. Only draw back, no ice cubes. Some of the chipped teflon pans need to be retired.

would consider renting again but with reservation

the home was large enough and cozy. The back yard was beautiful. overall our family of 11 had a wonderful time together and we were very comfortable. We would consider renting it again but with some reservations. The communication was poor: we had trouble contacting the homeowner to get the entry code or wifi code after we got there and some important essentials such as enough toilet paper, no bath soap, ice cube trays. salt shaker and other essentials were missing. what bothered us the most is that there was no one to communicate with if we had a problem. Our calls went to voicemail and no one called back. we finally got the entry code by calling VRBO directly even through the homeowner was suppose to provide us with that information.

Excellent place for a family

We had 7 adults, 3 children and dog. The house was spacious to accommodate our family for Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend this property. The mattresses on the beds aren’t great but other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Great host

Perfect location and home for our family trip. Host was very communicative and easy to work with. Best- stocked kitchen we’ve seen at a rental in terms of dishes, small appliances and every day needs. Highly recommend.
