The open floor plan of this well-appointed condo seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one space. The living room boasts gorgeous navy blue and white accents and decor, adding a coastal touch to your stay. Kick back and relax in front of the large flatscreen TV with cable, and if you are visiting during the colder months, the wood-burning fireplace will keep you all warm in the blink of an eye. The living room opens up to a waterfront deck with plenty of seating, including an outdoor dining area. The kitchen is complete with modern appliances, including a Samsung refrigerator, a double oven, a five-burner stovetop, microwave, Wolf toaster, and more! The dining table seats six and there are three extra stools at the breakfast bar.

THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
