Discover the Pink City while staying in this superb flat with panoramic views across the city! With its 80 m² terrace, it is the ideal place for a perfect sunny getaway! In fine weather, you can also enjoy its private heated swimming pool.
This magnificent accommodation on the 10th and top floor with lift can accommodate up to 2 guests. It consists of a large living room with a dining area and a lounge area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a very comfortable master bedroom (dressing room, shower room, WC, balcony), a bathroom with bathtub and another separate WC. In addition to its large terrace, the flat has two balconies with two different exposures.

The accommodation:
- Entrance hall with storage space
- Tastefully decorated living area with sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table and seating.
- Beautiful open-plan kitchen fully equipped with: central island, high chairs, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
- A master bedroom with king-size bed (180x200), dressing room, bathroom with shower and toilet.

- A private heated swimming pool (dimensions: 2.20m by 2.30m, or 6.5m3) open from 1 May to 31 October.
A superb 80m² terrace with no overlooking neighbours, with garden furniture, heated swimming pool, shower, table and chairs for dining.

Parking: On level -1 of the residence, you will find two private parking spaces in a closed garage. The dimensions of the garage are: Height: 1.85m Width: 2.20m Depth: 4.50m
