The condo itself had a lot of scuffs and dings. Not that it wasn’t clean just doesn’t look maintained. The two outside pools were absolutely disgusting. The water was cloudy and looked like throw up was floating in it. Inside pool was clean but freezing cold. Sad since we’ve gone there so much and made so many memories but it doesn’t seem like it’s being maintained at all.

Thank you for choosing Lighthouse 1605 with Liquid Life. I’m sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations — especially at a place where you’ve made so many memories. Thank you for the specifics. I’ve reported the scuffs and dings to our maintenance team and asked housekeeping to reinforce the unit inspection checklist so repairs and touch-ups are addressed. I also escalated the outdoor pool condition and the indoor pool temperature to onsite management and the pool service provider so they can clean, treat, and check temperatures on regular schedules. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback to improve. I hope we’ll have the chance to provide a much better visit in the future.

The rental has a wonderful patio with a beautiful view of the beach. The beach access is perfect. The staff, toiletries in the rental, and amenities were good. The unit needs some maintenance: the bed support fell the first day; one toilet ran after each flush, and the living room sleeper couch was not comfortable for sitting and watching tv. The parking fee can change due to the HOA, so you won’t know until you arrive what the parking fee is.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful patio views, easy beach access, and the amenities provided. We apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered and the discomfort with the sleeper sofa—this is not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing these concerns. We also appreciate your note about the parking fee and HOA policies. We hope to welcome you back for an even smoother stay!

Good view

The condo had a excellent view of the Gulf and the two pools below. Additionally the elevator wait area and 16th floor walkway view of the Gulf Shore State Park and the lake on the opposite side of the condo complex was spectacular. The condo had a great layout; the bunk beds was a definite favoite for my grand daughter.
