Royal Palms is located next to Gulf State Park & the Fishing Pier, which means this stretch of beach is typically less crowded than many other areas of Gulf Shores. You can also walk to the pier and you’re close to all the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach dining, shopping, and attractions.

The unit is a little older, but clean, very comfortable, and obviously well maintained. It is perfectly located on the beach immediately next to Gulf State Park. Beach is not crowded. Short walk to the pier.Wonderful views and overall great experience. We will stay here again if available for our next visit.

Location great and quiet. Linens are great. Furniture is sturdy. Kitchen utensils well stocked but bring your own knife if you plan to prep food. Location was awonderful benefit.

Great stay at a great place

We had a great stay at this Royal Palms unit. The views from the 12th floor were amazing! The unit was just a described. Having two full bathrooms was extremely nice as well. Located at three east end of Gulf Shores made it easy to enjoy everything from Dauphin Island to Perdido Key. If we return, we will definitely look to see if this unit is avaliable and we would recommend it to others.

Great location

This was a great place for our family of four. It is located next to the state park, which means it's a quieter section of beach. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The owner was very responsive and kind when contacted.
