Is equipped with 2 tandem kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 4 adult sized bikes, 4 kids sized bikes, fishing gear, pool floats, cooler, beach chairs, and much more! Helmets, life preservers all at the house. Bring your suit, and you are good to go! High speed internet, TV’s in every room, washer/dryer, heated pool, propane grille, and much more!

Love to travel with my family when able. We have enjoyed many wonderful experiences in vacation rentals throughout the years. This inspired us to start looking for a home that we could extend to others to create their own memories with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

Great location in very safe and quiet neighborhood in Marco Island. Has boat lift that is available to use if bringing your own boat.

What makes this property unique

We made sure to provide plenty of activity related toys. There are several bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing rods, and other toys at the house. No additional charge to use any of these things. Most houses on the island do not provide these, they are available to rent from an outside outfit. This is more time and money to coordinate. There is a grille on the property, heated pool, ring toss game out on back lanai, pool floats, etc.
