After dinner, gather the family around the fire pit for your front seat to enjoy your favorite shoes on the outdoor television, as the setting sun brightens the sky in shades of orange.

The interior draws its inspiration from the surrounding beaches. Sand-colored flooring and cozy furnishings blend with fragrant ocean breezes to create the perfect seaside ambience. Potted grasses and plants add a tropical flair.

The summer kitchen is filled with all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to serve dinner on the table situated in front of a window overlooking the tropical shrubs or on the lanai overlooking the canal.

The sliding glass doors of the master suite open up to the lanai, tempting you with a moonlight swim in the heated pool. Marco Island’s crescent shaped beach is famous for having every fun-filled activity under the Florida sun. Wade through warm tide pools in search of colorful shells. Charter a fishing boat. You can also go parasailing, paddle boarding, kayaking or canoeing.

Shopping and entertainment adventures are also just a short walk from the house at the open-air Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find movie theaters and plenty of fine dining options to make your day complete. Another short walk takes you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.
