Beautiful apartment in a residence with a swimming pool area. Sleeping up to 4 people, it has one bedroom and a play area suitable for children. Two bathrooms for everyone's comfort and a balcony. Perfectly located near the center.

DESCRIPTION:
- An entrance hall with storage space
- A living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, sofa, television, dining area, and access to the balcony
- An en-suite double bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, storage cupboard, shower room, washbasin, and towel dryer.
- A sleeping area equipped with two single beds, one of which is a loft bed
- A bathroom with washbasin, bathtub, and towel dryer.
- A separate toilet.
EQUIPMENT: Refrigerator, microwave oven, hotplates, dishwasher, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, TV, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. NO WIFI, but a box can be rented from the agency.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 1 ski locker, 1 locked garage.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN WINTER :
End-of-stay cleaning, household linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers), towels and bath mats.
