Rents a seaside house, opposite the beach of Val in Rotheneuf, in the town of Saint Malo. 10 minutes from the old corsair city, aquarium, cathedraloscope, go-karting, horse riding, many markets... All amenities are present in the town and accessible 5 minutes from operation. Fully equipped house. On the first floor, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and WC, fitted kitchen, living room and dining room. Two French windows open at the back onto a fully enclosed garden with a south-facing terrace, sheltered from the wind. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 3 single beds each, under the eaves, separated by a landing/"cocooning" space
