The condo was just as advertised. Very spacious with good living space. Nice to have washer & dryer. The view from the deck was panoramic! Host was great with communication and offered to arrange activities if desired. We cooked breakfast every morning. Kitchen had everything you needed. Filter water was provided.

Great condo for families!

We spent 9 days in the condo and it was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Due to food allergies, we cooked almost all meals at the condo and it was stocked with everything we needed. The views are beautiful and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Stayed in the Condo for two nights while on the Island. It was perfect! So spacious and beautiful!!

Rented short notice due to seaweed in Playa. Was completely worth the time and money getting to spend a few nights in Cozumel! The Condo was amazing and out first time to use Vrbo in Mexico. Very easy and would highly recommend this type of stay so you can relax during the day and eat out and enjoy Cozumel!

Perfect location on beach for great price.

We had to move from our original rental to this house due to construction. The house is very close to Fontanur Marina for scuba diving. The house itself is quaint with Mexican style. Its older but very well maintained. The beds are comfortable. If you want beachfront location with privacy and good prices, this is a great deal.

We were blown away of how beautiful this condo is - location is great, the views are as beautiful as they are in the photos and it bigger than I could’ve imagined . I would come back to a Cozumel just to stay in this unit . Super clean and comfortable and modern and great amenities . We snorkeled right across the road and watched the scuba boats every morning from our gorgeous penthouse patio . It was the best vrbo experience we have had , and we travel a lot .

Breathtaking views! Felt as if we were on a ship!

This property was true to its pictures! Perfectly clean, everything you can think of needing in a kitchen was there! The up-to-date appliances, AC worked perfectly! Every person on premises was friendly, especially Señor Juan Manuel at the security gate! The elevators ran properly and efficiently! I made the best choice when renting this property and my family was incredibly pleased when they walked in (it was my surprise to them!)! RENT THIS PLACE, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

El departamento muy amplio, cuidado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables con la familia. Tiene todo lo necesario y de calidad para pasarla a gusto; en lo personal normalmente prefiero instalarme en hoteles de 5 estrellas o 4 como mínimo pero este departamento me sorprendió gratamente y seguramente regresaremos. Excelente la atención de Alex, siempre al pendiente de lo que requeríamos, dándonos buenos tips para el viaje y haciendo todo más sencillo. Cuidado con la dirección que está en la plataforma de Vrbo porque menciona que está en la zona hotelera norte y no es así, está en la zona sur; aunque con indicarle al taxista que van a los condominios Palmar es suficiente, saben a donde llevarlos, nosotros le dijimos que estaba en la zona hotelera norte y aunque dudó, nos llevó a buscarlo en la zona norte, regresando a el lugar que él conocía en la zona sur; salvo ese pequeño detalle todo estuvo muy bien.

This condo was beautiful. The pictures were exactly as it appeared when we got there. Kitchen was beautiful and bedrooms were too. We only had two issues with this property. There should be more deck furniture. For a house that could 8 people only could accommodate 4 people on the deck. One table and 4 chairs is not enough. Need more hot water in the shower in the bedroom next to the living room. Overall, I would definitely rent this property again. 😊
