Queen Sleeper Sofa with comfortable memory foam mattress, Smart QLED TV 65”, lounge chair.
Business center with comfortable chair and desk, 27” LCD monitor, desk lamp.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen (Perfect for long-term stays)
Drip in and instant pod coffee makers, electric oven, blender, toaster. You will find soap, dishwasher pods, towel, coffee pods, creamer, and sugar as well.

Bathroom:
Shower, 3 sets of towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, toilet paper, hair dryer, straightening iron.

Balcony:

washer/dryer, cleaning supplies, beach chairs/umbrella for your use

Common area/ Resort access:
Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Grill located-4th floor, sunset decks-15th floor, movie theater in the lobby. All amenities are free access exclusively for guests with wristbands (provided in the apartment)

Outdoor/ Parking:
We have exclusive beach access in front of the building; Two free parking permits will be provided in the apartment; one is for the main garage and the other for the overflow parking lot.
