Charming Spanish-style villa "Casa Penelope" (Balcon al Mar

This beautiful villa of approx. 130 sqm is located on a 900 sqm private estate in the preferred residential area Balcon al Mar in Javea. A long sandy beach Playa del Arenal with a beautiful promenade, numerous shops, restaurants and cozy bars are just a few minutes. The stunning beaches of Cala Granadella cove Ambolo de Javea, Cala Portichol are also within a few minutes. Some restaurants and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity of the house. Equipped for easy entry with a Roman staircase, private pool has adjacent to a spacious sun terrace, where garden furniture sun loungers and umbrellas invite a size of 10 x 5 meters, to relax. Also a barbecue grill and an outdoor shower are available. The villa has a cozy living room with TV (cable TV), two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen in typical furnished for Balcon al mar style. Ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee machine complete the offer. Through the dining room you enter the outdoor pool with terrace and outdoor Well. The bedrooms are equipped with fly screens, air conditioning and shutters. On the lower floor of the house is the apartment (about 32 sqm) with double bed, air conditioning, sitting area and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet You can also contact your car a spacious garage.
The house has wireless internet.
BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED! However, there is the possibility to order this for 15,00 Euro per person in the housekeeping.
Electricity consumption exclusive. Consumption is charged at 0.30 cent. Water included with normal consumption!
Final cleaning 120,00 Euro and key handover 25,00 Euro is to be paid directly to the housekeeping on site.

What a place. Well equipped, fantastic outdoor space and ideal inside place. Walking to distance to many places (hilly so be prepared!), short drive to many others and some fantastic views are in the doorstep. Great comms and great value.

Very clean. Has everything you need. Big pool, BBQ, plenty of outdoor space and sun loungers. Excellent bean to cup coffee machine. It's better than the pictures. Lovely area, very quiet.

Great villa in a quiet residential area

Three of us had a great stay at Casa Penelope. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor sunbathing area and the covered seating. There's plenty of space and the pool was a lot larger than the usual plunge pool at most villas. The location is very residential and a car is a must. We would definitely recommend if you want a quiet location.

Belle villa avec une grande piscine propre et bien entretenue, dans un quartier calme et proche de la ville. Idéal pour une famille, la villa offre toute les prestations nécessaires pour un confort optimal. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cette jolie région de la Costa Blanca. Attention à prévoir pour la sortie un supplément pour les frais d'électricités en cash (c'était une première pour nous mais c'était bien mentionné dans l'annonce). Globalement un bon rapport/qualité/prix pour la région :)

Tolles Haus mit riesigen Pool in schöner Lage

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub! Das Haus ist spitze, die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage kühlt wirklich wunderbar nachts. Der Pool ist riesengroß, man kann darin richtig schwimmen! In dem Haus fehlt es einem an nichts. Der Service ist wunderbar! Die Vermieterin und ihre Verwaltung vor Ort sind sehr sehr nette Leute. Wir bedanken uns sehr für den tollen Urlaub.

Gran suerte en haber alquilado ' PENELOPE" Excelete recibimiento de Suzanne para el check-in & chec- out . Esplendidas instalaciones , muy acojedor y muy comodo, con muchisimos detalles .La limpieza ha sido excelente y lo que mas nos ha gustado es que hemos sido " *sus invitados*" .Y Lynda, la dueña a estado siempre a nuestra disposicion. Gelungener Urlaub!

Sehr sauberes Haus im traditionell, spanischen Stil. Ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Alles vorhanden, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Kleiner Supermarkt mit guter Bäckerei und gutes Restaurant in der Nähe, trotzdem ist Mobilität erforderlich, da ca. 10 Autominuten bis Javea Zentrum. Aber das war uns alles bekannt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der sehr gute Kontakt zu Eigentümer und Service vor Ort. Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Vielen Dank dafür.

Maravilloso!

Hemos estado unos días en la casa. El patio y la piscina son perfectos para jugar, tomar el sol, hacer barbacoa y pasar el rato. El interior de la casa respondía a nuestras necesidades. Todo estaba en muy buenas condiciones y limpio. La zona es muy tranquila y el coche es imprescindible. Muy cerca de algunas de las mejores calas de Jávea y del Cabo de la Nao. La comunicación con Linda ha sido buena. Recomiendo Casa Penélope para disfrutar de la costa blanca :)

Pretty, very pleasant villa

We spent 15 very pleasant days despite the corona virus. Quiet and peaceful place. Villa very well equipped and in good condition. Comfortable rooms. EXCELENTE!

El alojamiento responde a la expectativas. My bien situado, en una urbanización muy tranquila, sin apenas ruidos. Al brisa nocturna es muy agradable, no se pasa ningún calor. El alojamiento es cómodo, espacioso y dotado de todo lo necesario. La zona de psicina y barbacoa es muy amplia. El alojamiento está además próximo a calas y retaurantes. En definitiva, tiene todo lo que se precisa para pasar una estancia más que agradable. La comunicación con la propietaria es fluida y facilita las cosas.
