LA PETITE MADELEINE - SAINT FRANCOIS LONGCHAMP
Semi-detached house, spread over two levels, comprising an entrance hall, separate WC with washer-dryer, and a living room/kitchen with lounge area. Upstairs: two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x200 cm / two with single bunk beds 90x200 cm; one with a single bed 80x190 cm), a shower room, and a separate WC with washbasin. Access via a small, sheltered stone terrace. This cottage benefits from easy access as it's located by the roadside with parking in front. Its recent renovation gives it a contemporary mountain ambiance, with quality amenities and services (sheets and towels included, beds made upon arrival). In winter, a shuttle bus located in front of the cottage will take you to the St François-Longchamp ski lifts in just a few minutes. Enjoy the vast St François-Longchamp and Valmorel ski area, nestled between the Maurienne and Tarentaise valleys, thanks to the shuttle bus located in front of this meticulously renovated gîte. The Grand Coin Nordic ski area is 13 km away (70 km of cross-country ski trails and 60 km of snowshoeing routes). Numerous hiking trails are available in the Lauzière mountain range. Shops are located in the St François-Longchamp resort (3 km) during the tourist season, or in La Chambre/St Avre (supermarket 13 km).
