Enjoy a first-class Santa Fe experience in the heart of town at Casa del Sol. This beautifully restored 1930s adobe is ideally located for easy walking to the Plaza, Canyon Road, museums, and the Railyard District, offering the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort.

Thoughtfully designed and newly refreshed, the home features luxury beds and bedding, blackout shades in both bedrooms for restful sleep, TVs in both bedrooms, and stylish Southwestern details throughout. Skylights bathe the space in natural light, while A/C, a cozy gas fireplace, high-speed WiFi, and three TVs with 185 channels and Netflix ensure comfort year-round. The fully equipped, high-end kitchen includes all cooking essentials, wine glasses, spices, and a complimentary basket of teas, coffee, and pantry staples. A full-size washer and dryer add everyday convenience.

What truly sets Casa del Sol apart is the newly renovated, completely PRIVATE outdoor space—a serene oasis designed just for you. This is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, curl up with a book, share a glass of wine in the evening, or BBQ dinner under the Santa Fe sky. The private yard features a firepit, BBQ grill, water feature, and both sitting and dining areas, creating an inviting extension of the home.

Inside, the house exudes authentic Santa Fe character with wooden vigas beams and refinished polished diamond plaster walls. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, desk work space, 55" TV, and blackout shades. The second bedroom features two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request), its own TV, and blackout shades as well. The spacious private bathroom includes a towel warmer and full-size washer and dryer. The living room invites you to relax by the gas fireplace on a luxurious sofa, with a 50" smart TV for movie nights. A cozy dining area comfortably seats six.

Very nice although the ceiling heaters didn’t produce much heat and the remotes that control them should be explained more thoroughly. Otherwise spacious and tidy and was a pleasure to be in. The two people that can be contacted for help with anything were very responsive!

This is an adorable property. The inside of the property was very clean except the pull out futon was full of popcorn. We had to hunt for sheets to fit the futon bed despite providing the number of guests that would be staying at the property (we needed to use the futon to accommodate our family). I wish there had been a couple more towels available but I reached out to the host and she had housekeepers bring them over quickly, which I appreciated. The house is well appointed, but do note it is quite small. We had teenagers and were pretty cramped in the small space; however, if you have 2 or 4 guests it will work. The outdoor space was lovely but the furniture was quite dirty and needs a good cleaning. Would definitely stay again with less guests! The house is within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and we found Dolina Bakery was amazing for breakfast- check it out!

We also appreciate your feedback. I'm sorry the queen-size sofa bed wasn't perfectly prepared and that you had trouble locating the linens in the bedroom closet. It features a comfortable gel mattress, and we want to make sure it's just as welcoming as the rest of the home. We'll be following up with our housekeeping team to ensure everything is properly prepared and easier to find for future guests. I'm glad we were able to get the extra towels over to you quickly. For future guests, the home is designed and advertised to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, so it can feel a bit cozy with a group of five adults, especially with two teenagers. We'll also make sure the outdoor furniture receives a thorough cleaning. Thank you again for staying with us. We'd be delighted to welcome you back, and we're happy to hear you'd choose to stay again!

Neat and clean! It was in a great location within walking distance of the Hotel Eldorado which is where the wedding and events associated with it were located. Walking distance to restaurants and other local places. Beds were comfy and clean. This place was beautiful and cozy. Easy check-in and pretty simple check out. I would recommend this place to anyone.
