## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is located in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. The latter is one of the highest hills above Paris and the view from the top is worth the trip. The church of the Sacré-Cœur, Bastion of the Commune in the 19th century, Montmartre then became the district of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others.
