Beautiful furnishings accentuate the generously spaced interior felt across the guest rooms and living spaces. When you’re not in the resort inspired pool, or by the fire outside, you can get cozy in the theater room, or play ping pong in the game room. This unique retreat is in the luxurious city of Paradise Valley, just 10 minutes from Old Town, Scottsdale.

- Early Arrivals / Late Departures: Available for a fee, pending availability
- Access: Home is equipped with a keypad and instructions will be provided at check in
- Spa Heat Only: The spa can be heated for an additional $150 per night.
- Pool and Spa Heat: The pool and spa can be heated for an additional $350 per night and takes 2 to 3 days to heat so please request with your inquiry. It is heated to 85°F and must be heated for the entire length of stay, 4 day minimum.
- The pool is not fenced so please be mindful of children
- Family: Travel crib and high chair are available upon request
- Coffee: Standard drip coffee maker
- Fireplaces: Gas fireplaces are not for guest use due to safety concerns
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Due to the property's location in the Sonoran Desert, scorpions, snakes, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered. This is a normal part of desert living and is not grounds for a refund or credit.

Rules, Regulations, and Policies:
- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided. Guest will be subject to processing fees for cancelations resulting from under age reservations.
- Pets allowed and must be approved prior to arrival with a $100 per pet cleaning fee and a deposit of $300.
- Undisclosed pets are subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.- No smoking allowed. Subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighboring properties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and fines ranging from a minimum of $500 up to $5,000. Additional charges may apply for damages and/or excessive cleaning.
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- Per Paradise Valley ordinances any guests with a verified sex offender history will be asked to cancel their reservation at their expense.
- A complete guest list must be provided within 48 hours of booking and a sex offender background check must be performed on every guest staying the night at the property.
- Last-minute and/or local reservations may be subject to an additional verification process and a security deposit.

Per Paradise Valley Ordnance 2022-03 The Follow Must Be Displayed:
- You must meet in person with the owner of this property during check-in. The owner will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Paradise Valley Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.
- You must not use this property for any of the uses identified in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets any violation thereof shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00 in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
- The use of this short-term rental to house sex offenders is prohibited.
- The owner of this short-term rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay!
