The house was spotless and it had all of the amenities we could want. Neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Close to all things in Medford. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Loved the comfy couch and the fireplace (we didn’t use because it was too hot though). Quiet location. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay it was close enough to where we needed to go and the kitchen was fully stocked and the house is really cute. We would definitely stay again 10 out of 10.

Enjoyed our stay at Southern Charm. It was clean, cozy, and had amenities like a coffee center and a washer/dryer with necessary detergent…Carla was great—responsive and easy to communicate with. A great choice for Medford area!

Cute house with everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Bathroom has soap/shampoo/detergent if you forget yours. Plenty of towels, a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Cute backyard with a gas grill. Lots to do in the area and the host is very nice and quick with communication. She recommended things to do in the area. This was our second time staying at this house and we will definitely be staying here again.

I am happy to recommend "Beautiful Southern Charm" to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The home is in a great location with a safe, quiet neighborhood that made my visit feel peaceful and worry‑free. The house itself was spotless, well‑equipped, and had everything needed for a wonderful vacation.The best part was the bed — truly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Thank you for a lovely stay! We appreciated the special, unexpected touches, such as an extra fold out mattress/futon in each of the bedroom closets. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and there was plenty of space in the kitchen and living room for a family of 3 to have space to cook, eat, rest, and relax. We appreciated all the kitchen appliances, such as the toaster and electric kettle. We also appreciated the washer, dryer, and clothes folding table. The neighborhood was very quiet, and it didn’t take too long to get to Ashland to see plays at OSF. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better place. There was every single amenity you could think of, and if you forgot something, chances are Carla had it on hand. The house was the absolute coziest with the cutest decor and made us feel at home. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to stay again.
